Our Elopement Package is perfect for the adventurous couple seeking an intimate, and magical wedding experience. Whether you’re dreaming of a serene rock climbing adventure, or a mountaintop vow exchange we’re here to make your elopement extraordinary. This package includes personalized planning & coordination, ensuring every detail is taken care of. From location research to adventure logistics we are here to craft an event that is uniquely you! The KnightCo. Events team was absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end. My venue required us to have a coordinator, but I was really skeptical about whether I needed one. Now that I've gone through the entire process, I can confidently say yes, you do need one, and yes, it should be KnightCo. Events! Chynna was always available to answer my questions in the months leading up to my destination wedding. She was actively engaged in every meeting with our venue, even the early morning ones with a 3 hour time difference. Once the package officially kicked in 6 weeks out, KCE took over all of the communication with vendors, which allowed me to take a break from the planning. It was hard for me to give up control, but it was ultimately worth it, especially as we got closer to the wedding day. When one of our vendors was 2 hours late on the day of the wedding, Chynna stepped in and was able to clear everything up within minutes of me notifying her. Chynna felt like another one of my best friends on the wedding day—there to offer me lipstick, a makeup pad, stain remover... she had literally anything I could need and offered it before I even knew that I needed it! Everything stayed on schedule and she checked in with us often but discreetly to make sure we had everything we needed. And the next day as we were already buzzing with excitement, she surprised us with a behind the scenes gallery of photos and videos that allowed us to relive our perfect day. I can't say enough great things about this team. Absolutely no regrets about booking with KnightCo. Events!

Working with Chynna, was an absolute delight! From the very first meeting, she was organized, attentive, and truly passionate about making the couple’s vision come to life. At KnightCo. Events we specialize in Wedding and Elopement Planning. We are passionate about weddings that are unique to you and your partner and we love when couples want to express themselves for their wedding day!

We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure event date availability and ample time for event planning. Even if you are only booking Month-Of Coordination it is best to find your Coordinator as early as possible as dates fill up quickly! We are committed to accommodating events as we are able but the sooner you book the more likely your event date will be available!

When you hire a wedding planner to help with your event you are hiring someone with expertise and experience in the field. You hire someone with vendor connections and a creative mind for design and execution. We handle every detail from start to finish and help you through the process with vendor recommendations, budget planning, and day of coordination which allows you to sit back and enjoy your engagement!

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency while upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional service to all our clients. Upon booking our services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, demonstrating mutual commitment and reserving our resources exclusively for your event. Additionally, a retainer equal to the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event day to finalize arrangements. As we allocate significant time, effort, and resources to each event upon booking, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

I am 100% down for any adventure you want to go on! Before wedding planning I worked in outdoor recreation guiding and logistics so I know my way around a mountain and down a river. Whether you want to hike the Italian Dolomites or canoe Boundary Waters I am your girl. Together we can craft the perfect adventure wedding!

Understanding the difference between a wedding planner and a coordinator is key to your event's success! A wedding planner helps from the start, handling all aspects like finding venues, booking vendors, and managing the budget (our full and partial planning packages). In contrast, a wedding coordinator steps in closer to the wedding day to finalize details and ensure everything runs smoothly (our month-of coordination package). No matter which package you choose, day-of coordination is always included, ensuring a seamless, stress-free wedding!

I believe in giving you the freedom to choose vendors that align perfectly with your style and vision. While I do have a curated list of trusted vendors I love working with I am always open to sourcing & collaborating with vendors that you have in mind. My goal is to build a team of professionals who can bring your wedding dreams to life whether they are a part of my personal network or your favorites!

Your wedding should feel like an extension of who you are as a couple and that is why I take the time to truly understand your story, preferences, and personalities. Through in-depth consultations we will collaborate to create a cohesive design plan that highlights your unique style. Whether it’s through bold color palettes, non-traditional decor, meaningful cultural elements, or custom experiences, I make sure every detail speaks to your love story. Additionally, I work closely with vendors who are experts in brining these touches to life. My approach is all about crafting a day that feels authentically you.

Our typical payment schedule is a 50% retainer to secure your date & begin the planning process with the retainer due 8 weeks before your event. I understand that wedding planning involves a significant investment and I strive to offer flexible payment options that work for you. I am happy to discuss the options during our consultation to find a plan that feels comfortable for you.
