Hey, there! I am a "Type A" wedding planner based out of Greenville, SC. I fell in love with the Wedding Industry when my sister got married during the HEIGHT of COVID (August 2020) and we were put in the position of having to make about a million changes to accommodate health and safety needs. Since then, I've helped so many couples plan their perfect day. I love "The Office," vanilla iced coffee, reading mystery books, Jesus, and tuxedo cats. I enjoy an adrenaline rush bouldering, doing aerial silks, or hot power vinyasa.
What sets me apart is my drive and passion for helping couples. I have a part-time day job, so I only take on two clients a month, to be sure I have adequate time to devote to your day. I love stepping in early in the planning process to assist in designing your dream day. I am easygoing yet hyper-organized and couples find me easy to work with. You'll never catch me without my planning binder and a phone running Google sheets to keep up with all the details. A good planner adds structure to your planning process while taking away the stress and that's what I strive to do for each and every couple I assist.

From the first time we spoke to Tori, we knew she'd be the right coordinator for us! Tori's presence put us at ease throughout the whole process, especially on wedding day, which is exactly what you want when you're looking for a coordinator! She's organized, detail-oriented, she's full of amazing ideas that will help you bring your vision to life, and she brought an amazing energy to our wedding day, which was everything to us! Tori's communication was outstanding from start to finish. Her clarity and attention to detail made the entire day run smoothly. Tori did a great job with our wedding. We used her for coordination and she was incredible. Loved how quickly she handled questions and kept us on time for our wedding day. She was so calm and collected. I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Awesome Coordinator!
Tori was fantastic! She truly enjoys what she does for couples and it shows! You can also tell that she's had lots of experience. She was so calm, which helped me stay calm, too. She helped us with several details for our wedding. Everything from making a timeline to finding a few vendors we still needed. She was super easy to get on the phone/text. I liked her planning google drive that allowed us to work together and stay on the same page. Her monthly meetings were very useful and were never on a "time crunch." Sometimes we talked for 30 mins and sometimes it was 2 hours. She never made me feel like I was just another client. She really took her time with us. She came early and stayed late without charging us extra on our wedding day (wish I could say the same for the photographer). She went above and beyond what her responsibilities included--helping my family with setup/tear down/helping my grandmother move around. She really made sure I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day. She made sure what WE wanted was what was prioritized, even when some family tried to step in. She handled herself with grace and ran "interference" beautifully. I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator!!
