They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and thorough in their communication throughout the entire planning process. The team was so kind, thoughtful, and prompt in delivering high-quality work that contributed greatly to making our couple's special day a success. Charlene, the lead planner, was exceptionally organized and kept all of the vendors up-to-date with any changes, which helped keep our couple happy and stress-free. We truly hit the jackpot with Charlene as our day-of wedding coordinator. She managed everything like an absolute pro, and thanks to her, the entire day unfolded seamlessly. From the weeks leading up to our wedding, Charlene was by our side. Keeping us organized, answering every question (big or small), adjusting to last-minute changes like it was no big deal, and making sure every detail came together perfectly. She even helped set up the venue, found and coordinated amazing support staff, passed out vendor tips, and made sure my husband and I actually got to enjoy cocktail hour (hello, hors d'oeuvres delivered straight to us!). Charlene brought such a calm, reassuring presence while staying totally on top of it all. So professional, so attentive—we honestly can’t thank her enough. If you’re looking for someone to make your big day feel effortless, she’s the one!!
