    I hired Madison as our wedding day-of coordinator about four months before our big day. As a Type A bride, I had meticulously planned every detail and knew that without someone dedicated to executing that vision, things could easily go off track. Enter Madison — calm, professional, and extraordinarily capable. From our first call alone, Madison was worth the money. We spent an hour and 40 minutes on the phone going through the entire wedding timeline in 15-minute increments. During which, Madison took detailed notes and immediately identified what was still outstanding. She then went the extra mile to reach out to all of our vendors and share her master coordination doc — a gesture that brought me so much peace of mind. On our wedding day, Madison and Jake were absolute MVPs. Whether it was cutting a loose hem minutes before walking down the aisle, bustling my dress multiple times, or capturing the most candid behind-the-scenes moments, they were there every step of the way. Their presence was far more impactful than our venue coordinator’s, and it showed — everything ran flawlessly. Truly, not a single detail was out of place. Thanks to Madison, I was able to be fully present and soak in every second of the best night of my life. She was hands-down one of our standout vendors and I can’t recommend her enough to any bride looking for peace of mind, expert execution, and a team that genuinely cares.     From the moment I spoke to Madison, I just knew we were in the best hands. The last three months can be extra stressful leading up to the wedding and Madison and her team made me feel so at ease leading up to our big day. From coordinating with vendors on all the logistics, to the small details that I wouldn't have even thought of, Madison and her team always had it covered and handled everything with professionalism and always 5 steps ahead. They truly went above and beyond, allowing us to enjoy every moment without a single worry. And no ask was too small or large - we had to fully dismantle the venue the same night of and Madison and team took this off my plate which was a lifesaving moment!     We hired Madison and her team immediately after we got engaged and part of me wondered if I had even needed to hire a wedding planner. I DID! Madison was so sweet and amazing to work with. The venue we ultimately booked had a built in wedding coordinator but they worked right along side each other to create our perfect day! Madison was always a call or text away for any sort of advice or issues that needed attention. I am so glad we booked Effortless Events! Thanks again Madison!!
