After working as a day of wedding coordinator as an independent consultant for 4 years, Mandy's passion for weddings came to fruition in 2017 when Breathe Easy Events was born! Where does her experience come from? Prior to starting her own business, she managed over 100 corporate events - leading events ranging from 10 to 400 people all over the US. She has 10+ years experience working with venues, room layouts, A/V, food & beverage, rentals, flowers, transportation, budgets and more. Mandy's friendly personality, amazing attention to detail, and ability to think on her feet will make sure your day is an unforgettable one!

We love Mandy!
We hired Mandy from Breathe Easy Events to be our wedding coordinator, and we are so glad we did! She went beyond our expectations, and did so much more than just help on that day. She did a walkthrough of our venue with us, was very responsive, detail oriented, and so easy and fun to work with. She helped us make a great timeline for our setup, ceremony, reception and cleanup, and worked with our other vendors to keep everything on track. Thanks to her, our wedding went exactly as we had hoped. We would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Mandy!! We could not have done it without you!

TLDR: Mandy is worth more than gold. When I first got engaged, I knew I would need someone for the day of to help with all the things that come up on the day of. After working with Mandy as a MOH in my sister's wedding, I knew I wanted her for my own. Mandy does Day of Coordination, but she actually does so much more. She was part of the whole process with me, offering advice, keeping me calm, and checking in as needed. She even went above and beyond grabbing quick photos of decor so I could get them posted for resale ASAP after. I actually didn’t even interview other candidates because there was no question in my mind as to who I trusted on the biggest day of my life. Mandy navigates family dynamics and vendors as a pro. I have seen her work with both ends of the spectrum of venues, simpler and more difficult. Both times, only the people who needed to know knew and neither time was that the bride and groom (obviously). She does an amazing job checking in throughout the day to make sure everything is as we envisioned, we are fed (we know this is difficult for the couple on wedding day), and we are getting everything out of the day that we desired. I had many people come up to me to say they had never seen me as calm as I was on the day (type A bride over here), but I can COMPLETELY credit that to Mandy and her professionalism. I knew no matter what happened, it would be handled professionally and quickly. I wish I could get married so many more times to my husband just to get to use her services over and over. We love you Mandy!!

We had an amazing wedding thanks to Mandy from Breathe Easy Events! Choosing to work with her was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process. From our very first phone call with her, Mandy was kind, helpful, and enthusiastic about helping us achieve the vision we had for our special day. Mandy went above and beyond in her communications, planning, and attention to detail when it came to our 50 person wedding. She was so knowledgable and experienced, and we learned so much during the venue walkthrough which prepared us for the big day. On our wedding day, she made sure the flow of events went smoothly, and checked on us throughout the event. She came to the rescue when the groom needed a bandaid, and even made sure we had drinks in our glasses during the reception! Mandy attended to all of the details, big and small. She is passionate about her work, and can truly help you breathe easy during your big day! You will thank yourself for hiring Mandy for your wedding day!
