Hello! I’m Kaileigh, owner of Weddings by Kaileigh, LLC. I established my business in April 2023, and I have been working diligently to learn as much as I can! I’ve been a teacher for the last 10 years, so planning and coordinating comes naturally to me. I also run the hospitality committee at my school! I have spent time as a travel agent, organizing and planning vacations. I’m also a mom of two amazing, little humans! I love to garden, be outside and go adventuring with my kids. Last year I decided to take a leap of faith and start my next adventure in the wedding planning industry, and got my wedding planning certificate.

I am a Certified Wedding Planner through UNH. I have a background in teaching, organizing, planning, and managing multiple schedules. I've been working collaboratively with other planners to hone my skills. I love planning events and especially weddings!

She took the time to truly understand our vision and somehow made it even better than we could have imagined. She handled our vendors with grace and allowed us to fully enjoy our day without a single worry. But beyond her talent and organization, what truly sets Kaileigh apart is her heart. She genuinely cares about her couples and treats each wedding like it’s the most important one she’s ever worked on. Her warmth and support made the entire process joyful and stress-free.     We got connected to Kaileigh through our venue where she has a partnership as one of their day of coordinators. We first met with her when we booked the venue and immediately felt happy that we would have her on our team because she was kind, calming, and had some great ideas for us to consider. We began connecting with her on more regular intervals as we got closer to the wedding and it was the first timeline review call with her that I felt confident that this event would come together. She helped us to remember details that we would have otherwise forgotten and helped us to plan an event that felt authentic and genuine to us which was what was most important to us. She has excellent communication skills and truly knows what she is doing. We had multiple vendors tell us that they loved working with her on our wedding because she was so organized and made it easy for them. Her and her team were excellent on the day of our wedding and helped the event run so smoothly without us having to be stressed about the timeline or flow of the day. It really felt like her being there was like having a friend there! I am somebody who likes to be in control and also very frugal so I am not confident I would have thought to consider hiring a day of coordinator but we have been saying for the last few weeks that being paired with Kaileigh was the best thing that could have happened to us for our wedding. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - I highly recommend it and Kaileigh would be an amazing choice! We are so grateful to her and her team for helping us have a day we will always remember so fondly.

    We had Kaileigh as a day of coordinator for our wedding last year. There is zero chance we made it through the day or few days before without her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, she was unbelievably organized and took all the stress out of our wedding. Absolutely incredible wedding planner and day of coordinator 100/10
