She was born and raised on the Main Line and attended college in California. Kathleen then lived in San Francisco and Boca Raton, FL. During these years she worked as an Event Planner, designing and executing events all over the globe in places like Hong Kong; Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt; and Jimbaran Bay, Bali. Known for her elegant style and meticulous attention to detail, she believes that every couple deserves a day that reflects their unique love story.

Kathleen has the amazing ability to connect with her clients and balance a relaxed yet professional approach. It has often been said that she can “do double the work, in half the time, with 100% accuracy”.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karen Pecora Events! Karen was our wedding planner and also handled all of the florals for our big day — and everything was beyond exceptional. From start to finish, she was professional, creative, and incredibly attentive. The flowers were absolutely stunning — more beautiful than I could have imagined. Karen also designed the most breathtaking florals and candle arrangements for the 7-foot wooden cross my husband built for our ceremony. It was a true showstopper and brought such a meaningful touch to our day. Karen was there for every little detail, making sure everything flowed smoothly, even down to getting myself and the girls down the aisle. Her calm, organized presence and thoughtful planning made the day feel seamless and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Karen and her team to anyone looking for a planner or floral designer who will go above and beyond. In fact, I’ve already hired her for my oldest daughter’s wedding next year. She’s simply the best!
