Hannah is an artist at heart & loves being able to showcase what makes you, well you! Hearing your story & building a display of your affection for your family & friends to enjoy is Hannah's favorite part about being a wedding planner. With a background in social work, it is also important for her to ensure & respect any social, cultural or family needs. Hannah has worked endlessly in perfecting the art of wedding planning & is looking forward to the opportunity to work with you.

We became New West by incorporating the old western magic of the Rocky Mountains with the modern touches that truly encapsulate who the couple are together. We specialize in destination weddings and take pride in celebrating the true essence of your pure love.     From the start, Hannah from New West Weddings & Events was easy to communicate with and super helpful in guiding us through the planning details leading up to the big day, including communicating between all the other vendors! One of the biggest perks was being able to use her decor inventory—it was beautiful, fit our style perfectly, and made things so much easier and more affordable than sourcing everything ourselves. She made sure we ate, had drinks in hand, and were staying on schedule without ever making it feel rushed or stressful. It really felt like she had our backs, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the day. She was organized, calm under pressure, and truly helped bring the day together. Although she had a last-minute unavoidable conflict during our rehearsal time slot, she communicated clearly and made sure we still felt prepared. On the actual wedding day, she showed up ready to go and was attentive throughout. 4.5/5!!

    I tried planning my whole wedding by myself since my venue didn’t provide any vendors or services other than hosting the event space. I was able to research and book all my vendors myself, but the day-of-coordinator that I hired ended up falling through within 30 days of our wedding. I was relying on them to help with a timeline and other small details that I needed to provide my guests and wedding party. So I came across New West Wedding & Events via Google and introduced myself & my situation to Hannah. Hannah was willing to help us out even though it was very last minute. She quickly scheduled a walkthrough of our venue, then she sat down with us after the walkthrough and helped answer any questions we had and built our timeline for us. She took control of everything and made it easier for us to enjoy the remaining days leading up to the wedding as well as the wedding day itself. I can easily say that I had no stress on our wedding day, the only thing I needed to focus on was keeping my nerves under control from the excitement of it being my wedding day. I think if you are looking for the best wedding planner to help you plan your big day, then you’ve found what you’ve been searching for because Hannah is the absolute best. Thank you Hannah!!!

    Hannah at New West was an invaluable addition to our wedding! We hired Hannah as a day-of coordinator but her services include several calls and numerous emails leading up to our big to help keep our planning on track. Hannah was not only professional but friendly and so sweet to work with! On our big day, Hannah helped all activities run smoothly and kept us on schedule in a calm manner! I would highly recommend Hannah and New West!
