Peña & Co. grew from a love of weddings and bringing order to so many moving pieces and parts. I was part of a wedding that didn't have everything planned out, and I saw how that affected the Bride & Groom and knew then that the details help create unity and peace. My aim is for you to have joy and peace in your day and to truly enjoy each second. I have been coordinating and planning for 4 years, served over 40 couples, and was trained in the south in both Greenville and Charleston, SC. I have loved mixing Southern comfort with DC splendor since I moved to DC in 2023. I can't wait to celebrate you every step of the way!

Description

Full Planning includes everything from the elaborate design down to the intricate details - we will be with you every step of the way. This is perfect whether you don't have the time to devote to wedding planning or want us to handle the details for you. We will plan all design aspects of the wedding and procure all of your vendors. If you haven't found your venue yet, we would be glad to help you in that search!

We call our partial planning Event Management & Design - we plan all of the design aspects along with coordinating your wedding and overseeing every detail from the wedding management package. We will create your design board, procure your design vendors (florist, rentals, etc.), and ensure a cohesive event. This package comes with monthly check-ins and hands-on support throughout all of the planning!

Do you feel like you're looking for something that you haven't been able to find yet? Let us meet you where you are! We can jump in and take over whatever vendors you haven't booked yet and continue in the design process. This is sometimes called partial planning, and tends to be a package between our management & design package with our full planning package. Package creation typically begins at $4,750, but will be based on your needs.

We love to help you finalize all of the details for the big day and take over all of the stressful details to give you the time you need to focus on enjoying those sweet moments before you're married. While I am available through email throughout your planning process, we begin our 3 meetings 6-8 weeks out from your wedding and I take over everything for you at that point.

    Emily was wonderful to work with! We hired Emily as our day-of-coordinator for our Washington, D.C. wedding. With our ceremony and reception at separate venues, we were concerned about the logistics, but Emily guided us through the process effortlessly and made the day of feel so easy. Emily is a true expert in what she does - she's thoughtful with her communication with vendors, prioritizes getting to know the couples she works with, and is extremely organized. Her team and assistants are wonderful as well and were a huge help the day of the wedding!     Planning a wedding from the opposite coast could have been overwhelming, but hiring Emily as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made! From the very beginning, she was not only incredibly organized and attentive but also SO easy to be around- it felt like having a friend by our side through the entire process. She kept us focused with helpful to-do lists, and recapped all of our calls making sure we stayed on track without ever feeling overwhelmed. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy the last few months of planning rather than stress over it. On the wedding day, we had zero worries because we knew she had everything under control.
