Avid Traveler. Detail Oriented. Organized, Fun and a Little Bit Crazy (but who isn’t)! Our number one goal is to ensure your day is perfect, however that may look for you! As a 2024 Bride myself, backed by a team of recently married women, as well. We are equipped with many resources to create the day of your dreams alongside you. Let’s get to planning!
We take a more intimate approach. We have tons of experience with friends and family who never hesitate to tell us when they didn’t like something. We have experience with weddings of all budgets and sizes and have learned from some of the best planners in the industry. We notice everything, and ensure that all bases are covered for your big day. Your photographer fell through last minute? We've got one on standby (literally, this has happened to us before)! Your aunt is conspiring to jump into all of your photos? Not on my watch! We work for you. Nobody else. It’s your day, and a big one at that. Let's make it perfect!

Highly Recommend!
Alex and Katie at Redwood were incredible for day-of-coordination. They made planning less stressful by answering our questions, providing useful resources, and giving great feedback on timeline. On the day-of, Katie managed set up/clean up, kept us on track, and gave us a general sense of peace. I’m usually a little Type A, but as a bride I felt I could fully chill and enjoy the day with Katie there - we were in good hands. She worked seamlessly with our vendors, venue, and officiant (a friend who officiated for the first time) and checked the little details. We loved her so much, we recommended her to some friends and we’ll see her in a month at their wedding!
