Look no further!!!!! I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have had Sara as our month-of coordinator. From the very beginning, she was a source of calmness in what could have been a very stressful time. Her organizational skills were top-notch, and I could always rely on her to stay on top of every detail. She was genuinely kind, approachable, and made the planning experience so fun. Each booked vendor that came from Sara's recommendation was 10/10. She knows the local wedding industry well, and she respects her clients' budgets without losing quality. Sara’s kindness and sense of humor was a breath of fresh air, and I truly looked forward to every conversation and meeting with her. She had a way of making even the most mundane tasks feel fun, and I will really miss laughing with her during the planning process. One of the stand-out things I appreciated most about Sara was how she always had my back. She made sure that our wedding day was exactly how my husband and I envisioned it, no outside opinions or pressures influencing our decisions or timeline. Sara was incredibly respectful and professional with all guests and vendors, yet she kept it real in a way that made me feel totally comfortable to share any worries or thoughts I needed to talk through at any time. She made herself available for communication whenever I needed it, and talking to her truly felt like talking to a close friend—I always felt heard, supported, and like she genuinely cared about making our vision come to life. I knew she would step in and defend our vision no matter what. On the day of the wedding, Sara was beyond prepared. She anticipated every need before I even thought of it, and it was clear that she was completely dedicated to making sure everything ran smoothly. I will always look back on the day with a laugh as I picture Sara saving my dress with her Tide-to-Go pen, among other last-minute necessities she had packed. Sara’s attention to detail was incredible. She went above and beyond by transporting decor to and from various locations and found ways to make everything more convenient for us, so we didn’t have to lift a finger or stress about anything. Everything stayed so organized. Thanks to Sara, we were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day without a single worry. Any potential anxiety I had that month was immediately eased, because I knew Sara had it all under control. She took care of every possible roadblock with such grace and efficiency that I didn’t even know there was a potential issue unless she absolutely needed to inform me. She handled everything exactly how I would have wanted, without ever involving me unnecessarily. What I will always remember about Sara is not just her professionalism and reliability, but the kindness, humor, and calming presence she brought to everything she did. She is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We are so grateful for her.

We cannot recommend Sara enough! She was the fairy godmother we didn’t even know we needed, turning our wedding day into something more perfect than we could have ever imagined. As someone who tends to be a bit of a control freak, I was worried about everything going perfectly. Fortunately, a family member recommended Sara, and we are so grateful they did. From start to finish, Sara went above and beyond. She answered every question we had, helped us create the wedding day we wanted (not the day we thought everyone else would want), and kept everything perfectly organized. She even added details that we didn’t even know we needed but that made all the difference. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is not just about making the day run smoothly, but also about creating the best day of your life, Sara is your person. They were so organized and optimistic, truly on the ball throughout the entire planning process. On the wedding day itself, Sara went truly above and beyond to make the ceremony and reception at Sanger House Gardens a truly magical experience. Our family and friends noted how caring and generous she was to ensure that the day went so smoothly. We truly couldn't have done it without her expert planning and support!

We cannot recommend Sara enough. Her professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail made our wedding a truly unforgettable and seamless experience. Our friends and family are still talking about how hard she worked on our wedding day. Sara's organizational skills were evident from the start. I was an organized bride, so I had all my vendors and decorations in order. However, she crafted a decor worksheet and helped me keep track of everything. She also meticulously made a timeline that ensured everything ran smoothly. She worked alongside us with our vendors, she came to appointments and helped us keep track of all the communication and logistics. Sara even came over to our home and went through all our decorations with us. This ensured us that every detail would be placed in the correct spot in our venue. Throughout the wedding planning process, I often felt like Sara was my "second brain". She deeply understood the vision I had for our wedding and she was able to offer advice on design and décor. On the day of the wedding, she spent hours setting up our venue. She worked alongside our florist, linen rental company, lighting company, musicians, photographer, etc. to ensure that everything was running smoothly. Sara managed every hiccup with grace. Sara filled in any deficits that the staff at our venue had. For example, my father asked several staff members to open up garage doors to the outside patio, and each staff member was unable to complete this task. Afterwards, he asked Sara to figure it out and the garage doors were open within minutes. After the wedding, Sara neatly packed up all our decor in their boxes and walked them over to our hotel room. We did not have to clean up anything. Her dedication to making sure everything went off without a hitch was evident, and we couldn’t have asked for a better partner in making our dream wedding come true. Sara's presence truly allowed us to remain calm throughout the wedding planning process and actually enjoy our day. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely passionate about weddings and love, Sara is the one.
