We take pride in discerning precisely what you need and realizing your vision with great care and expertise. This package lets us take the passenger seat while we co-pilot you through all the planning ups and downs. We'll walk you through venue tours, vendor selections, menu planning, florals, and event design. We'll research while you get the final say on all the finer details that make for a beautiful, cohesive event.

This package allows us to take the guesswork out of planning a wine country wedding. 'What vendors should I get?' or 'what chairs should I choose?' We'll help you find the aesthetic and essential elements you need for your unique event. We'll make sure the necessary vendors and rental quantities are secured, all while keeping your budget in mind.

This package is perfect for those who already have their wedding vision in mind, their vendors booked, and their rentals chosen. Three months before your wedding we will have our planning meeting. There, we'll listen to your dreams and concerns and wrap them into the necessary maps, timeline, event plan, and processional order needed for all the key players.

The Ultimate Planning Partner Melaina wasn't just a planner; she was our rock throughout the entire process. Even after we'd locked in our vendors, she took the reins on all the communication and nitty-gritty details. It felt like a massive weight was lifted off our shoulders.     We would give Melaina and Showrunner Events the highest recommendation possible. Having Melaina as our planner and day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! When we started our wedding planning, we were quite stressed about all the pieces that needed to be done within nine months. In working with Melaina, we hit it off immediately and that interaction made it a no-brainer to partner with Showrunner Events. Melaina is a wonderful professional, but she is also a super fun person to work with, and most importantly, she always had everything under control and gave off a chill vibe that was really calming. She gave great suggestions on selecting vendors and coordinated amongst them to create a seamless schedule for the wedding day that gave us the peace of mind to really enjoy the day rather than worry about logistics. The wedding day proceeded flawlessly, and our guests could not have been more complimentary of how on-point the overall coordination was.     Showrunner events is the dream team! Yesenia and Melaina are so fun to work with and will make your wedding dreams a reality. We were never stressed with the wedding planning process (even with a COVID postponement) because we knew from the start we were in great hands. They are organized, responsive and knowledgeable. They work closely with all of the vendors and venues in the area so they have wonderful recommendations if you need them. When the day comes, you won't need to worry about a thing- they are on it!
