We cracked the code on how to let wedding couples make fun and informed decisions. One on one personable guidance with a florist and a planner ensures a cohesive design. Your destination wedding will be carefully planned so that you and your guests don't have to do much but enjoy the wedding. Flights, lodging, and travel expenses are an extra expense.	Partial planning takes care of all the necessities, offering way more hands on services than coordination. We focus on the most important aspects of the wedding while making the carefully planned and intentional decisions. When you don't need much design work, venue shopping, or hands on time, partial planning may be a great fit for you!	Do you have day of coordinator but need someone to design your wedding for you? This may be the package you're looking for.	Honey your wedding is worth more than coordination for just 1 day! That's why we take care of you in the best ways that you didn't expect. Most clients hire us from the beginning because we offer 1 full planning session that helps figure out all the wedding kinks. We are there to expertly coordinate your 12+ vendors (sometimes less) in order to make the smoothest transition to married life!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed planning your wedding, stop what you’re doing and hire Stephanie with Sweet Gardenia Weddings immediately. Working with Stephanie was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding process. She was incredibly responsive and helpful—always just a quick message away with answers, ideas, or reassurance. There were times when we were stressed or stuck, and she seamlessly took the reins and got sh*t done. She just handled things, and did it with such calm, confidence, and care that we could actually relax and enjoy the process. Beyond her professionalism, she’s also just a genuinely kind, thoughtful, and fun person to have on your team. We had some hiccups with vendors, and she didn’t flinch—she stepped in, took ownership, and resolved everything quickly and gracefully. We can’t say enough good things. 1,000/10 recommend—especially if your girly is overwhelmed. Stephanie was our secret weapon and truly made our day unforgettable.

Sweet Gardenia Weddings was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Stephanie’s communication skills were always quick, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process from long distance. She is very diligent and detail-oriented, which is what created an amazing, beautifully coordinated wedding experience for us. After listening to our wants and needs with great detail, she sourced high-end vendors and ensured every aspect of our special day ran smoothly. Her open-minded personality and wonderful demeanor made her an absolute joy to work with. When we started the wedding planning process I was dead set against having a wedding coordinator. Part of my job is to plan events, so I figured that planning a wedding is no harder than planning a robotics tournament. Turns out there is minimal similarities. At the insistence of my MiL and the recommendation at Bridal Connection, we hired Stephanie and she turned out to be the most important person we brought onto our wedding planning team. She took my handful of jumbled ideas for a non traditional wedding and helped me realize my wedding vision and we pulled off an amazing experience for us and our guests! With her help, we found the balance between extremely nerdy and elegant and turned Star Wars, robots, and dinosaurs into a realistic wedding theme. Stephanie is so easy to work with! Her checklists are fantastic and cover every detail you can think of, and even more that you didn't think of. She cares about her couples and made our day magical!

I don't even know where to start.. Stephanie made what could have easily been the most hectic and stressful day a wonderful experience. I do not know what would have happened had we not had her in our corner, and I am so happy we never had to find out. She truly stepped up and showed out for us, we were supported from the moment we had our initial meeting to days after the wedding. Absolutely fell in love with her personality and huge heart, you can really tell that she loves her couples and gives it her all for their special day. Our family and friends absolutely adored her! We have had multiple people sing her praises to us, despite only meeting her in passing. We could not have done it without her, she truly helped us get to that 'I do'. If you're not letting Stephanie take care of you on your big day, just cancel the whole thing!
