We want to support you in any step of the planning process to lend our expertise and relieve you of stress. Nothing is out of the questions. From vendor selection, RSVP management, to welcome bags or bathroom baskets we are here to help!

    Victoria went above and beyond for us through the entire process. From the moment we had our first meeting to review the timeline she put together (included as part of day-of coordinator services), we knew we made the right decision. She helped us review decor and tackle other items, and then the day-of was fantastic. She coordinated with our other vendors, supported our families/bridal party throughout the day, and ensured everything went according to plan as much as possible. For anything that didn't, she was on top of it with an adjustment and ensured the day continued to run smoothly. Would absolutely recommend Victoria at Little Wooden Flower for day of coordinating services, even if the venue has a coordinator -- she was essential to our day being stress-free and relaxing!

    Victoria is amazing!! Victoria was there to make sure we thought and planned everything throughout the entire wedding planning process. Once the day came, we were all so prepared, and Victoria was there to make sure everything went smoothly, and allowed us a day to focus on the most important things, each other. Any challenge that arose on the day, Victoria handled with grace and expertise. We can't recommend Victoria enough!

    When I think back on my wedding day, there is not one thing I can think of that did not work out seamlessly. I owe much of this to Victoria. Starting a few days before my wedding, she was in contact with me about details that I did not even think of. She helped me organize decorations and did a mock staging with me to ensure I was satisfied with the design. On the day of my wedding, she ensured everything was placed as we discussed and even made sure that empty spaces were filled with greenery. She worked closely with all of my vendors to ensure that things ran smoothly and stayed on time. When things did not go as planned, she sorted things out so quickly that I didn’t even know about them until after the fact. For example, my sister-in-law had been losing pregnancy weight and hadn’t tried on her dress in some time since they traveled from out of state. When she put on her dress at my wedding, it was noticeably loose fitting. Victoria immediately took action. When she was done working her magic, my sister in laws dress looked perfect! I wasn’t even aware of the issue until after the fact and wouldn’t have even know if it wasn’t mentioned. Victoria was never more than an arm’s length away on my wedding day. She was always there to help, frequently asked if I needed anything, and handled almost everything without me even knowing. If there was something I did not know how to respond to, or if a difficult situation arose, she navigated it effortlessly and professionally. I highly recommend her to all brides. She takes pride in her work and treats your wedding day like it’s her own. I truly believe having her there allowed me to fully be present on my wedding day and allowed me to thoroughly enjoy every second of it without having to worry! She really is the best there is!
