We hired Erin at Wild Magnolia Events Design for month-of coordination for our small wedding, and I can confidently say she was one of the very best decisions we made. From our very first conversation, I knew she was a perfect fit—friendly, personable, experienced, thoughtful, and incredibly straightforward in all the best ways. Erin jumped in with ideas, support, and solutions right away and never stopped. We unexpectedly ran into several challenges leading up to the wedding (even the day before!) with our venue manager, but Erin was unshakable. She was calm, professional, and assertive when needed—always advocating for me and making sure every detail was executed exactly as planned. As a project manager myself, I was deeply impressed. Erin had an eye on everything and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask—ours and our guests’. We didn’t have a single moment of confusion, stress, or uncertainty the entire event, which felt like a miracle. Even my now-husband (who was hesitant about hiring a coordinator at first) ended the night saying Erin was “worth every penny and then some.” There isn’t enough room here to express how truly grateful I am for Erin’s work, presence, and expertise.
