No words feel big enough to express how grateful I am for Lucy. From the very first conversation, she got it. She listened so intently, asked the right questions, and truly saw my vision—and the feeling I wanted to create for everyone who walked into our day. And then… she worked her butt off to make it happen. Every detail, every moment, every little touch was thoughtful, intentional, and executed with such care. She went above and beyond—often behind the scenes—to make sure everything ran smoothly, and I got to be fully present and soak it all in. I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed because I knew she had it handled. She brought my dream to life and somehow made it even better than I imagined. The energy, the joy, the love in the room—it all reflected her tireless work and insane talent. She even brought in suggestions that fully represented my husband, who loves to rock climb, that got even him excited about the little details (like a rope boutonniere, rocks for table numbers, ect). We even had a shift in weather after dinner at our outdoor wedding, which she had already spoke with me about a game plan for days prior if it happened, and in the moment it happened she took care of transitioning everything indoors behind the scenes while I got to be fully present with our guests! If you're looking for someone who doesn’t just plan weddings but pours her whole heart into making magic—she’s it. I’ll be grateful forever.

Lucy is ON IT. She was organized, efficient and yet still a joy to be around amidst all the balls she juggles. She has an incredible eye for detail and made everything not only functionally flow, but beyond beautiful. Couldn't recommend her strongly enough.

We couldn't have asked for a better day-of wedding coordinator than Wingwomen Weddings! From the moment we met, Lucy's professionalism and attention to detail put my daughter and I at ease. On her big day, Lucy and her team orchestrated everything seamlessly, allowing us to focus on enjoying each moment. AND WE ABSOLUTELY DID! The day was PERFECT! Lucy was always one step ahead, ensuring that every detail was executed flawlessly. She coordinated with our vendors, kept our timeline on track, and handled any hiccups with grace (if there were any, I wouldn't know). Wingwoman Weddings was a dream to work with on my wedding day. Lucy is incredible - she went above and beyond my expectations. She is organized, prepared, professional, and so fun! I was so stressed about all the details leading up to the wedding, but as soon as my husband and I sat down with her and walked through a timeline and made a checklist of To-Do's, all the stress went away. I felt so prepared and confident heading into my wedding day. The actual wedding day went so seamlessly. Lucy made sure all the vendors were there on time and set up, she helped with any finishing details, and kept us all on schedule. I can not recommend working with her enough. She made such a positive impact on our day and I am SO grateful!
