Our Event Management package is for the couple that has all the big picture items covered when it comes to planning and design, but needs a little extra help bringing all the pieces together in the final months. In typical wedding terms, this service falls in the day-coordination or partial planning categories but with an emphasis on logistics to ensure your day runs smoothly.

because my daughter and I live in two different cities, and the wedding was near her, she handled most if not all of the details. once she started working with Becca, she felt so comfortable reaching out and asking any questions. All the vendors that Becca recommended were top-notch. if I questioned a decision or a choice, my daughter made she would say I talked to Becca about it and she approves and I knew after meeting Becca a few times that those were great choices. Day of Becca was top-notch. She was there from sun up to sundown always with a smile on her face and handling everything that other vendors didn’t want to do that had agreed to. If you choice Becca you won’t be disappointed.

Woven Vow Weddings & Events was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. Becca’s communication style was proactive, encouraging, and direct - exactly what we needed during the stressful wedding planning process. The team was incredibly responsible, seamless, organized, and proactive in their work, ensuring our special day went off without a hitch. When our original wedding planner got COVID the day before the wedding, Becca and her team stepped in and did an amazing job perfectly executing the vision we had for our day. We never had to worry about a single detail, as they took care of everything and proactively solved any problems that arose, without adding any stress. Yes! I offer "Beyond the Altar" services to all my brides! This could be anything from an engagement party to a post wedding brunch. Any and all wedding events I am here to help with!

I do! While I am local to the DFW area, I perform weddings all over Texas and beyond! For Local brides, I include the first 50 miles one-way are included in your wedding package. Any travel beyond that we will discuss in your consultation!

I would never commit myself to more than one wedding a day! With us, your consultation, planning process, and wedding day are all with the same person! We do on occasion take more than one wedding in a weekend, but this is something we are happy to discuss on a consultation call!

I always say if you have the means ready, the sooner the better with any vendor! I typically see my full service couples reach out and book about 10-15 months from wedding day and my event management couples about 4-12 months from wedding day depending on what season they are getting married in. Peak wedding season in Texas is March-June and September-December, so if your wedding fall in those months, I'd recommend reaching out a bit sooner!
