About this venue

Old Main's contemporary style makes it easy to match any event's design scheme or decor. It is the oldest building on ASU's Tempe campus. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and Old Main offers a unique, historic venue in which to hold your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and/or reception. There are several perfect settings for an indoor or outdoor wedding, including the picturesque Old Main Lawn or the elegant Carson Ballroom.

We offer multiple audio/visual amenities for your use in our venue including: LCD Projector, screen, DVD player and sound system, web and teleconferencing capabilities, public address system with wireless and wired microphone options. Your event coordinator will let you know if there are any additional fees associated with these items.

Room rates vary depending on the room your event’s specific needs. Room rates range from $75 to $3,000. Please fill out our contact form and an event coordinator will get in touch with you about pricing and more details on each location available for rent.

Parking is available in the conveniently located Fulton Center parking garage directly across from Old Main on University Drive. Additionally, we are currently working to contract valet parking services at the front of the venue on University Drive. Contact us for more information.

Not at this time. Our Event Coordinators work closely with many vendors and could help coordinate vendors to meet your requirements.

As our calendar ebbs and flows, we do not publish it on our site. Please call for available dates.

We host biannual open house events and post the dates on the homepage of our website.

We feel confident that our year-round pricing model will fit any budget and is very competitive with other similar venues.

We work exclusively with an approved vendor who provides all on-site alcohol. Your event coordinator will provide you with pricing and options for your event.

Our approved caterer for the venue is Aramark. They offer pricing and packages to fit any budget. We are confident you will be pleased with the options available for your event at Old Main.
