About this venue
Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. The combination of rustic setting, natural beauties, and historical features makes Drumore Mill amazingly beautiful. One has to see it to believe it.

Families can come together the night before the wedding for a rehearsal dinner. Drumore Mill is definitely an awesome place for family reunion and wedding combination. The spaces were designed to ensure the flow of the wedding would be seamless. The waterfall, tall cliffs, and old trees provide background for spectacular wedding photos. Drumore Mill is one of a kind.

The most beautiful venue!
We just had our wedding at Drumore Mill on 09/06/2025. It is a beautiful, unique, and historic venue. We loved it since the day we toured. The venue is the perfect blend of rustic/historic charm and modern amenities. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Thuy was also wonderful to work with - kind, communicative, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend. It truly is such a stunning venue and we couldn't be happier with our experience there.
Bride
Drumore Mill is a truly beautiful and unique wedding venue. The historic 18th century stone mill and surrounding grounds are so picturesque that they almost decorate themselves. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning natural scenery and knew we had to choose this venue. While Drumore Mill is on the pricier side, the quality of the venue and exceptional service we received made it well worth the investment. Our guests were blown away by the stunning setting. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect backdrop for our special day. We're also excited to stay in their lodging on anniverseries or family trips in the future!
Perfect Venue, wouldn't have changed a thing
We held our wedding at Drumore Mill in Lancaster, PA, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue’s historic charm and scenic waterfall setting made for a beautiful backdrop, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the ambiance. Thuy and the team at Drumore Mill were incredibly helpful and made the planning process a breeze. They were always attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. One thing to note is that the closest hotel is about a 25-minute drive away. Thankfully, they offer on-site Airbnb accommodations, so consider if this option will work for you and your guests. If you’re looking for a unique and stunning venue, Drumore Mill is a fantastic choice!
A Magical Woodsy Venue
First I want to start off by saying Drumore Mill is truly a hidden gem in Pennsylvania. The moment you pull onto the property it feels like you are transported into a fairytale woods. It’s just absolutely breathtaking from the walk from the parking lot. To the grounds of the venue, to the waterfall. Everything is just stunning. The amenities this venue has to offer goes above and beyond expectation. From a full salon in the bridal suite. To a super fun bar and game room for the groomsmen. This place is perfect to spend all day at getting ready for the big day. I wish we could have spent a week here it was just that beautiful. The housing on site makes it really wonderful to be able to have family and friends stay the night without having to find a hotel. Our entire bridal party stayed in the Grist Mill and it was stunning. The choices of ceremony and cocktail hour locations were amazing. We absolutely LOVED the waterfall lounge. And it was absolutely a dream come true to be married next to the waterfall as the leaves of fall rained down. Thuy was an incredible venue coordinator as well. Always easy to contact, always had an answer for anything we needed and truly was our go to for anything regarding this venue. I don’t have a single complaint. I already want to renew my vowels so that I can come back for another dream weekend here at Drumore Mill. If you’re thinking of touring this place do not hesitate. It was everything we wanted and more.
