Our wedding at The Mill at Manor Falls was everything we hoped for and more. The outdoor ceremony space was breathtaking, with beautiful views that created the perfect backdrop. The team was amazing—always responsive, super organized, and incredibly supportive. They took care of all the setup and transitions throughout the day, so everything felt smooth and stress-free. The Mill At Manor Falls was the perfect venue to get married! Laura and her team were lovely to work with. Fall is the best time to tie the knot there with everything changing and all the different colors. They make the best photos!

The Mill at Manor Falls is the most gorgeous place ever, and the team who work tirelessly to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible are THE BEST! We primarily worked with Jen, and when we first met her, she was so down to earth and had nothing but love to show to us and for the Mill. We knew instantly that this was where we wanted to get married. Laura and her husband, Don, are also some of the most genuine, kind-hearted people we have ever met! Their communication with us was nothing less than impressive because of how quickly any questions we had were answered. Not to mention, the property is absolutely GORGEOUS. The mill itself is spacious and perfect for our wedding of 100 guests; the outside creek, man-made waterfall, gravel path, and pergola where we got married were stunning in the fall. Also, finding a place in the fall that allowed complete freedom of vendor selection was next to impossible until we found this venue, and we are over the moon with how everything went. Thank you so much, and if you are considering this place, PLEASE BOOK HERE!

No, when you sign the contract and reserve your date you will have exclusive access to the building and grounds for your event.

Yes, and we can provide a list of preferred caterers. If your caterer is not on the list, they must be approved by The Mill at Manor Falls.

You will have access to the buildings and grounds from 10:00 am until lights out at 11:00 pm. All clean up and items removed must be complete by midnight.

A Mill at Manor Falls venue host will be onsite all day. We do not require you hire a professional coordinator but will need to provide the name of the individual overseeing and managing your day. This individual may not be a part of the wedding party.

Your date will be held for one week and will be reserved and confirmed for you when the contract and 50% of the venue cost is received. If we do not hear from you within one week, the “hold” will be removed and the date is available to others.

Yes, you may decorate the building but may not use nails, staples or any items that will leave marks on the walls, ceilings, beams, etc.

Yes, candles are permitted, but must be contained in a glass, votive, jar, etc which is taller than the flame. All candles and containers must be approved by the venue.

In the case of rain, the ceremony can be held in the Gallery area and there is space on the grounds to put up a tent (vendor references can be provided).

All items, including rental items, must be removed by midnight of your event. Anything left overnight will be considered trash and disposed of by the venue.

The caterers are responsible for removal of all their trash. The venue will take care of cleaning the building, bathrooms, prep rooms, etc. after the event.

No, included in your rental cost are chairs for the ceremony and tables and chairs for the reception.

Included with the use of the Mill is a one hour rehearsal. This will occur as close to your wedding as possible but due to other events at the Mill, it may not be the day prior to your event. The Mill at Manor Falls will work with you to determine a suitable day and time for your rehearsal.

Yes, parking is available on the property. A parking attendant will be provided to assist with parking on the day of your event. We can also provide a list of vendors offering shuttle services.

Due to the close proximity of trees and woods to the Mill, the venue does not permit fireworks or Chinese lanterns. Sparklers are permitted on the paved surfaces. All send off items must be approved by The Mill at Manor Falls.

Yes, drones are permitted for photography and videography.
