About this venue
Hello sweet friends and welcome to GC farms event venue. My name is Katie and my husband and I recently opened this new venue space. We had purchased the property as a wedding present to one another just 3 years ago and after having our own beautiful day that we adored in a barn venue. We decided we loved it so much that we wanted to share in others happily ever afters for years to come, so we designed and built this venue to share in others love stories. We are located in the quaint and naturally beautiful rural town of Reddick, FL, in the quiet country conveniently located on a private 10 acre slice of real country Florida paradise between Gainesville & Ocala Florida. We offer an off-grid/clean solar energy facility, with rustic elegance. We offer everything from limited service options up to all inclusive options. We invited you to create your dream wedding under the oak trees and star lit skies or our cathedral barn complete with loft, twinkling lights and a 6 foot chandelier.

Wonderful elopement wedding
We booked an all-inclusive elopement package at Grass Campers farm for our wedding and could not have been happier with how it turned out! The venue itself is gorgeous and was decorated beautifully and thoughtfully for our event. Katie and Kevin are the nicest people and made the process incredibly easy for us. They were so responsive throughout and customized the whole set up to meet our needs. We had our ceremony under the barn, watched a gorgeous sunset over the fields behind the oak trees, and enjoyed a delicious meal together on the cozy wooden deck area. Everything was included in our package which made it easy for us to enjoy the day and spend quality time celebrating with our family with no stress. I would highly recommend this venue for any wedding or event!!
Perfect Outdoor Wedding
Planned my sisters wedding using this venue from out of state. Planning an out of state wedding at a venue I had never seen should not have been so easy. Katie had a perfect venue, there were well chosen and great quality vendors. The farm with the cows and horses were so beautiful. Hard to describe how beautiful the wedding was, an easy to plan. Great spot to get ready with the girls, groomsmen den, restroom, you name it, this place has it, all set in the beautiful Reddick Florida. Seriously if you can afford it, it will make your wedding planning EASY and PERFECT. It is also one of the cheaper options we looked at for the wedding our size, really can't go wrong.

Where to even begin. Katie, Kevin and the rest of the Grass Campers staff (shout out to Debbie) made our wedding day unforgettable. Katie made planning an out-of-state wedding as smooth and easy as possible. Every question we had was answered. Every last minute change was accommodated to the best of her ability. She truly wants the best for her couples and isn’t motivated by anything but passion. She coordinated every single thing and made sure it ran smoothly. We could not have picked a better venue and owner. We are so so grateful and happy!
Teuton/Landolfi Wedding
My wedding was simply breathtaking. I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. The staff was absolutely incredible down to the very last detail. Everything I had envisioned came together, like something out of a dream. My photographer was incredible. The bartender was amazing. The entire crew was hands-down, the sweetest and anything you needed everyone there was willing to bend over and backwards to help you accomplish. It is a day I will remember and cherish forever. And a lot of that is in part to this Thank you for making our dreams come true.
