The intimate space combined with the state of the art kitchen will exceed all your event service expectations. The culinary center truly cares about the experience each client has with the food served at their event. With in-house chefs, the latest and greatest mega-kitchen equipment and even farm to table food services theres no shortage of uniqueness here. The quality of our food is important but so is the presentation. You'll be leaving the night full, but still wanting more! GLCC is always looking for fresh and fun ways to service their clients.     We absolutely loved our wedding day at the Great Lakes Culinary Center! It was the perfect fit for our Sunday brunch wedding offering indoor and outdoor space. Cassy, Director of Operations, helped make the planning process seamless and stress free! The food was wonderful. Chef Reva was extremely flexible in working with us to build our menu. The space is beautiful and unique!

    The Great Lakes Culinary Center was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. Communication with Cassie, the venue coordinator, was excellent throughout the planning process. She responded to emails promptly and was always willing to jump on a call to discuss details. On the big day, everything ran seamlessly thanks to Cassie and Reva, the chef, working together to make it all happen! The open concept made the room feel welcoming while our guests enjoyed remarkable food prepared by Reva and her team. Every fine detail of the venue contributed to a warm, modern atmosphere that suited our style perfectly. We highly recommend the Great Lakes Culinary Center to any couple searching for a receptive, talented venue team, delicious cuisine, and a beautiful, open reception space. We could not have celebrated without Cassie's expert coordination and attention to detail!
