About this venue

Magical home on private acerage overlooking field, lake and forest, one hour from NYC. Perfect for small familty weddings throughout the year or with up to 80 guests. This listing is venue only and I can assist with recommendations for tent and table rentals, catering, parking (for more than 18 vehicles) etc. Wedding party weekend stays and dining room for 12, cocktail party for up to 75. For group stays, 10 beds sleep 12 in 6 rooms with 4 bathrooms. (Airbnb The Acre) The house and property were featured in weddings, Vouge Italia, concerts, music videos, model shoots and film.

Three-day wedding weekend with ceremony and reception or rehearsal party for up to 80 people (outdoors), or indoor dinner (20 guests). A perfect magical place for smaller weddings or wedding weekend stay overs with or without party. We have sleeping accommodations for up to 13 with 11 beds in 7 rooms. I can help arrange rentals for tent, seating over 20, catering, and parking over 18 cars at extra expense.

Party for 80 guests: Enjoy cocktails and charcuterie in 4 large rooms, 3 season porch or ample yards overlooking 250 year old Maple, field, forest and lake with on site parking for up to 18 cars for up to 8 hours. Catering, beverage, and extra parking will have to be arranged.
