I worked with Tracy on her various rental spaces for a corporate reunion that went off flawlessly. It was the perfect size for our group and very easy to move the vendors equipment in and out. I would highly recommend utilizing the museum for any type of catering activity.

Our rates remain the same throughout the year.

You may make arrangements with the vendor of your choice. We do require a closed function pour permit through City of Kennesaw (no charge) and a standing off-duty police officer onsite for a minimum of four hours ($84.42 per hour). Museum staff will assist with both.

Parking is free and located behind the building. We also have a limited amount of parking in front of the building, mostly designated handicapped. Public parking around the Museum may also be used.

Our facility is wheel chair accessible.

The starting rental fee includes the hourly rate (2 hour rental minimum) plus a $50 sanitizing fee. There are additional fees for: set up/breakdown/clean up, standing off duty police officer if alcohol is being served, and table linens.

There is two hour minimum for all rentals, but you're event may last as long as you'd like. Please be aware that all events must be concluded with guests vacated at 11 pm. **The Theater space only becomes available at 4:30 pm.

You may cancel at any time but the room deposit is not refundable.
