Tampa Bay Watch is a great venue with both indoor and outdoor options! The second-floor reception area has a wraparound deck and large windows so you have a clear view of the water from anywhere in the room. Their coordinator, Shanna, is easy to work with and very responsive. They also offer the flexibility to bring in any caterer of your choice. Best sunset view around!

Our wedding at Tampa Bay Watch was absolutely unforgettable. The venue is a hidden treasure nestled right on the water, offering stunning views of Tampa Bay that created the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The sunset over the bay was magical—our guests are still talking about it! The staff was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. They made the planning process smooth and stress-free, and were always available to answer questions and offer guidance. The indoor-outdoor layout gave us flexibility, and the space was beautifully maintained and easy to customize to our style. What makes this venue truly special is its mission. Hosting our wedding at a place that supports marine conservation and education added a meaningful layer to our celebration. It felt good knowing our event contributed to something bigger. If you're looking for a venue that combines natural beauty, great service, and a purpose-driven organization, Tampa Bay Watch is the perfect choice. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

There are 45 parking spaces in our lot. For parties of 80 or more guests, Tampa Bay Watch may provide valet parking if you qualify. Also, please note: No vehicles (Including vendor vehicles) can be left in the parking lot overnight.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Your reservation includes 9 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.

You are more than welcome to provide your own alcohol. (Certificate of Insurance from provider of alcohol must be on file with Tampa Bay Watch) You must hire a professional bartending service.
