About this venue

1924 tutor style granite and slate roof house next to the Mississippi River. Its hosts a tiny home free of charge with an event booking for use of the bride and groom to stay at after the ceremony. It hosts up to 75 guests. Parking is next door at St. Cloud State. The porch can be used in bad weather. This is considered a micro wedding. 2-3 hours max. In and out. No reception. Just the ceremony. If the groom bride want to book the 4 rooms over night they need to book it through Airbnb or pay out of pocket. Again, this is not a wedding reception, only a wedding ceremony and accommodations for up to 10 can stay. Room D holds 2 guests. Room C is the family suite 4 guests. Room B holds 2 and the cabin holds 2.

No this is meant for small backyard weddings. Brides grooms don’t need to start their lives together by going into debt. $1500 for a wedding is perfect. Short, sweet, and a kick ass location.

Sure. As long as you are within the 2-3 hr window, and police your own garbage you are golden.

Across the street 1.5 blocks away is St. Cloud state ramp parking

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

Uber to St. Cloud airport or the cities in Minneapolis take a Groome it’s 75 miles cost around $50 one way

A waiver if someone gets hurt must be signed waiving me , my family, and my estate from getting sued over an accident.
