The PERFECT Wedding Venue Coordination Team
The Inns of Aurora Resort & Spa was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. From the start, the planner Kim was incredibly straightforward and clear in her communication, which we really appreciated. She and her team worked like a well-oiled machine to ensure everything went smoothly. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning view of the lake and the beautiful Aurora temple. The Roland House where we stayed was so quaint and charming. Kim was particularly great at handling some unique logistical challenges, like coordinating our Indian Baraat procession with the DJ, which had never been done at the property before. She also made a last-minute call to move the ceremony indoors to avoid rain, which saved the day. Kim and her team were extremely coordinated and attentive to all the little details like signs and name cards. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect, dream-like wedding venue.
It doesn't get better than Inns
My husband and I got married at Inns of Aurora in June and I cannot say enough great things about the property, the staff, our contacts Lindsey and Kim, the food, and every piece of the weekend. We knew we wanted to get married in the Finger Lakes and looked at a few venues, but nothing compared to Inns. We loved the intimate nature of the property, the wedding and reception spaces, the accommodations, the convenience of Fargo across the street for the after party, and the relaxed yet elevated vibe. Lindsey and Kim were incredible to work with - we felt both understood what we were looking for and wanted to do and were a joy to work with. During the wedding weekend, Kim was absolutely amazing - anticipating our every need, offering to take our dog out during our wedding if needed, and checking in on me throughout the welcome party and reception to see if I needed anything (often already prepared with my drink of choice in hand in case I needed a refill). The food was incredible - our guests all remarked about the food and service the entire weekend. Our guests loved spending the weekend in Aurora - walking to the Village Market to grab a coffee in the morning, enjoying the spa, wineries and breweries, just enjoying time with friends on the gorgeous properties, having lunch at Fargo, etc. Overall this is a phenomenal property and venue - they deliver an exceptional level of service and I can't recommend it enough. Two vendors to call out - Metropolitan Players was the wedding band of our dreams and Laura of Laura Rose Photography was truly the best (a pleasure to work with, incredible energy on the day of, and stunning photos). We look forward to coming back to Inns for many years to come!
Best in Class Wedding Venue & Experienced Team
The Inns of Aurora Resort & Spa provided exceptional service and attention to detail, making our wedding day special. From the moment we first reached out, their team was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and proactively addressed any questions or concerns we had. On our wedding day, they went above and beyond - arranging for transportation from the church to the venue when our bus didn't show up and ensuring that every little detail was taken care of exactly how we wanted it. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but the true standout was the quality of the Inn's team and their commitment to making our day perfect. Their work is best-in-class, resulting in a timeless, unforgettable celebration. I couldn't recommend the Inns of Aurora more highly.
Perfect Custom Wedding Weekend
We had an intimate wedding weekend at Inns of Aurora's Rowland House with 20 family and close friends and the experience was somehow even better than we thought it would be. From the planning to the weekend itself, the staff kindly and expertly helped us craft a seamless, fun weekend. Our guests were beyond impressed with the gorgeous setting, the unique details of Rowland House, and the exceptionally high level of service. A couple of our favorite highlights were a family hike on the beautiful trails, morning breakfasts on the veranda, and access to the dock and boathouse where we parked our boat. We also had a welcome dinner at Aurora Cooks! and had the best time designing a menu and experience that was special to us with the head chef, Lou. All of our guests were blown away by the weekend, and we couldn't be happier.
