Built in early 1830s for General James Taylor, Jr., this stunning Queen Anne-style estate offers timeless elegance with a rich past—it even served as a stop on the Underground Railroad. Recently restored with over $1.4 million in updates, the mansion blends historic charm with modern luxury, featuring soaring ceilings, intricate woodwork, a gourmet kitchen, and designer bathrooms. The 8,700 sq ft space includes beautifully restored rooms and expansive grounds with scenic views of the Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline—perfect for both indoor and outdoor celebrations. Our peak season encompasses the months between April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November.

Our off-peak season encompasses the months between December, January, February, and March.

Yes, we do have on-site parking. There are numerous parking spots available on the right side of the property. In addition, the city requires a third-party shuttle service to transport guests to and from the venue. There are also several parking garages located within 500 feet of the property for added convenience.

No, we do not have accessible facilities. As the property is historic, it was not constructed with modern accessibility features such as ramps, elevators, or ADA-compliant restrooms. We want to be upfront so guests can plan accordingly. However, we do plan to offer a portable wheelchair ramp.

Our base rental fee includes full-day or multi-day access, along with time for setup and cleanup. It covers the ceremony site, reception area, bridal suite, groom’s lounge, full kitchen/prep space, outdoor patio and grounds, tables, chairs, cocktail tables, basic linens, post-event cleaning, an integrated sound system, and a dedicated venue coordinator. We also offer mid-event room turnovers at an extra cost, allowing guests to transform spaces to suit their vision throughout the day.

Your reservation includes 12 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

Our building is located 14 miles away from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). By car, taxi, or rideshare, the drive takes around 18–20 minutes—just follow KY-212 to I-275, then take I-471 South into Newport and exit near downtown. For a budget-friendly option, the TANK 2X Airporter bus runs from CVG to downtown Cincinnati, where you can transfer to TANK Route 25 to Newport and walk a few blocks to the venue. Private shuttles and car services are also available if booked in advance.

No, separate insurance isn’t necessary as our venue is fully insured. We do ask that a liability waiver be signed ahead of the event date.
