Our 2025 wedding was an absolute DREAM! We knew from the moment we saw the venue we wanted our wedding here. The Venue at Chilleens are truly professionals with good local vibes. They and the all-inclusive vendors delivered on everything we wanted and made adjustments throughout the day as needed (e.g., the nighttime rain). Highly recommend and beyond glad we had Alisha (the venue's wedding coordinator) to guide us through the process every step of the way!

The Venue at Chilleens was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, the staff was incredibly easy to communicate with and made the planning process completely stress-free. The wedding coordinator, in particular, was the most amazing person we've ever met - she was so sweet, accommodating, and truly made us feel special every step of the way, even going above and beyond for my disability needs. The venue looks brand new, unique venue was worth the drive from Tucson and exceeded all of our expectations. The quality and value were unmatched, and we had the most incredible, dream wedding day thanks to the incredible team at The Venue at Chilleens.

We did a micro wedding here on 10/19/24 and it was amazing!! The staff and vendors excelled in every single part along the way from the initial tour to the big day! The communication was phenomenal and they provide all information you could possibly need. The micro wedding option is perfect for anyone who wants to keep a low budget and is okay with a small guest list! We had an amazing wedding at this venue, all thanks to the amazing staff and vendors! Thank you all so much!

Yes, we facilities that are wheelchair accessible.

6 hours total. Half an hour prior to the ceremony half and hour ceremony and 5 hour reception time. But you may arrive up to two hours prior to your wedding start time!

We recommend starting an hour and a half before sunset. If you google “Sunset ‘your wedding date’” it will give you the exact time. Or if you want to do a first look and do most of your photos prior to the ceremony! That is always a great option then you get to enjoy your entire reception and not spend an hour and a half taking photos !

We set up the venue two hours prior to your ceremony

8 people per table

We only require a 1,000 deposit then we require final payment 10 days prior. You may make payments anytime, but we do not require any payments

We only do one wedding a day, but can have 2-3 a weekend.

Our wedding area is completely separate. We have doors to keep people who are not part of your wedding out.

We actually have both! We have an indoor banquet hall as well as a beautiful outdoor area with the grass, waterfall and private pavilion.

Yes ! We have preferred vendors that we recommend but you absolutely don’t have to use them!

We do a price per person so if you have 75 people you pay for 75 if you have 45 you pay for 45. The packages are just to show you what the prices would be. Every package is customizable

Honestly, it depends on how important your date is to you. We book up to 2 years in advance, so if there is a specific date you want, I recommend booking as soon as you decide on a venue!
