About this venue
Walnut Creek Country Club boasts a rich history spanning back to 1955 as Farmington Country Club. Renamed in 1987 after relocating to its current Lyon Township site (a 27-hole golf course), the Club built its clubhouse in 1989. World-renowned architect Arthur Hills redesigned the course, with the North Nine opening in 1995, making it an official Arthur Hills signature course. Walnut Creek has consistently invested in enhancements, maintaining a strong financial position and near-capacity membership, ensuring a first-class country club experience for its members.

At Walnut Creek Country Club, our staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations. Whether your function is an intimate gathering of 20 people or a wedding reception for 220, we will do what it takes to create an unforgettable event. Our Executive Chef & Culinary staff will prepare fabulous menu items for your special day. Menu requests can be accommodated if you wish to serve something that is not on the menu. • Banquet Ball Room: 20 to 220 seats with a dance floor, 320 seats without a dance floor; Ability to split rooms into smaller areas for smaller groups. • Lobby Area/Pre-Function: 200 people standing room only. • Patio Area: 200 people standing room only. • Conference Room: Seating for up to 14 with full service.
