About Splendent Films
Splendent Films
Since 2012, I've been steadily working to create bespoke, meticulously crafted, high quality wedding films. My film style is timeless, cinematic and driven by the unique stories of the couples I work with. I'm easy going, friendly, professional and unobtrusive, striving to capture moments authentically and creating stunning films that stand the test of time.
Splendent Films was created from a love of the art of filmmaking and creating beautiful memories for clients who usually cry happy tears when watching their wedding film. That's what drives me. I believe every couple has a love story waiting to be told through the art of cinema. A photo can capture a moment but a film that is crafted with beautiful music and dialogue can take you back in a way that you feel all the feels, all over again. It's truly amazing and I want you to have the same experience!

This is the full and complete story of your wedding day. My goal with the 14-16 minute Wedding Film is to allow you to explore every moment captured from your wedding, from the nervous excitement in the morning to the joy filled dancing at the end of the night. It’s similar to my other films but the visuals have time to breathe and you can really soak up the wedding day vibes by watching this longer film. I highly recommend it if you're having a destination wedding.

Cinematographic Excellence
Denis was so easy to work with. Day of the wedding, he worked seamlessly with our photographer, who was the one to recommend him. We loved his wedding video so much we ended up adding on another video that highlighted the wedding speeches. His work is so beautiful, our families have loved watching them. Choosing Splendent films for our wedding videographer was one of the best decisions we made! Denis and Viktor were super prompt with communication leading up to our wedding and did just an absolutely beautiful job capturing our wedding day. They got amazing footage of our first look, ceremony, and reception, and put it all together into an amazing video to remember our special day. They are so talented and just really awesome people who are great to work with. Highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding videographer on the west coast — they even traveled all the way to Napa to film our wedding; they really go above and beyond!
Denis and Splendent Films are the best
Initially we weren't sure if we wanted a videographer. After all, won't the hundreds of photos be more than enough? And after seeing some of the cookie cutter video templates from larger videography vendors, we were even less convinced. But then we came across Denis and Splendent Films, and instantly noticed a difference. His videos tell a story in an artistic, natural, and nostalgic way - somehow managing to capture all the wedding day highlights without being a drawn out documentary. Denis doesn't film a lot of weddings each year, and the time and energy he puts into tailoring each film to the couple definitely shows. He is extremely professional, personable and humble yet will exceed your expectations in every way. We got married in April 2022 and elected to have the 1 minute next day teaser film (highly recommended! incredible that he could put it together in under 24 hr), 10 minute wedding highlights film, ceremony edit, and motion book. Denis added gorgeous drone shots for no additional cost (all other videographers we found charged more for this) and he captured all the details, speeches, and highlights of the day in a stunning light - almost better than we remembered the day! The videos are invaluable and we will cherish them for decades to come. Choosing Denis and Splendent Films for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. In fact, I recommended him to my maid or honor / twin sister who has chosen him for her upcoming wedding as well! My suggestion would be to plan ahead and book early with Denis and Splendent Films as you won't want to miss out having him as your videographer. Trust him - he knows what he is doing!
