I'm a California native with a wanderlusting soul. I grew up in the snowy mountains of Lake Tahoe and spent my teenage years in the rainforests of Costa Rica before returning to the West Coast of the United States to study the art of wedding photography and earn my BFA with Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California.

After 10 years of marriage, the memories from our special day have slowly faded. With weddings going by in a flash, it's nearly impossible to commit it all to memory and with time, it will fade. Kelly started her photography journey in college with an old 35mm Canon - developing film and cultivating a passion for portraits. Ultimately, she ended up in the corporate world as a litigation specialist and nearly a decade into her career, she accepted that her true passion was in the arts. In 2013, I took the camera from the photographer I was assisting at a wedding and haven't been able to put it down since.
