“We initially went with Sound Originals out of cost consideration and ease of booking because their combined photo/video package seemed so much more cost effective than many of the quotes we were getting from individual photographers and videographers. We assumed therefore that the quality might be a bit diminished by comparison, but were quite pleasantly surprised to discover that this was not the case! We are beyond pleased with the coverage they provided of our wedding and reception, and would certainly recommend Sound Originals to anyone seeking photo/video of their big day. Our team on the day of the wedding were absolute rock stars. Kate, Trung, and Travis all were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond in ensuring we had excellent photos and video--both candids and plandids. We're so grateful to each of them for their excellent work! If you're considering booking Sound Originals, there is one practical consideration we might offer, however: Their business model seems streamlined to provide a standardized product and level of quality to many clients at once by contracting with local photographers and videographers--this is great for ensuring that clients know what to expect visually and that the company has backup photographers ready in case any members of the assigned team can't make it, but this also seems to come at the cost of personal touch when communicating with the company and the photo/video team. Our communications with them were always through a portal on their website and often felt rather impersonal. This was a trade off we were perfectly fine with, given the very affordable price we paid for our package and the piece of mind in knowing that even if our lead photographer got sick or something, someone else would be there to fill in. If you, however, require a high level of customization or personal touch and want to cultivate a close relationship with your photographer, then you may want to hire a photographer/team directly.”

Before I could even flinch, Ricky immediately jumped in and said “Don’t worry, I can edit out these red stains in all the pictures.” One of the BEST parts of working with Ricky is also his quick turnaround time. I wanna say it was like 5 days after the wedding and Ricky had already turned around a handful of “sneak peak” photos - which is quite impressive considering how many other weddings he had booked after ours. And to no ones surprise - there wasn’t a hint of red wine stains in any of the pictures ) Our wedding photos are more than what we could have ever hoped for. I may be biased, but truly some of these pictures deserve to be hung in the Louvre. I cannot recommend Good Eye Photography enough (and on that note it’s worth mentioning that since our engagement photoshoot with Ricky, two of my other friends that were engaged have also hired him and his team for their weddings)! I love capturing precious memories for couples on their special day and showing their love story throughout the photography coverage. I began my photography journey in 2015 after I had my daughter. Growing up I used to dislike having my photos taken because I always felt uncomfortable in the photos. Raise your hand if you can relate! My biggest goal is to make my clients comfortable and provide a positive experience. I want my clients to frame my finished work and art in their homes and be proud of their photos.

I also loved the up close, detailed shots that captured our reactions to each others vows and the moments that made it all special. Even the photos at night are clear and crisp. Irina helped me pick out a dress for my engagement photos that didn't clash with the Sedona scenery. She is direct in her communication, and got our family and wedding party through photos quickly to maximize time for my now-husband and me to spend with our guests. “My husband and I had an amazing experience using AZ Wedding Photographer as our vendor for our recent wedding. We couldn't have been happier and they made the experience so easy! We worked along side Kelly and Cheryl for a year prior to our big day. They were very flexible and willing to work with us and provided us with reassurance and options when we realized our ceremony time was going to cause us to potentially miss our golden hour pictures. They put our minds at easy and redid our timeline multiple times to assure our day would go seamlessly! They excel in the area of Communication and they are very quick to respond to any messages that are sent. We chose to use Maddie as our Photographer based on her work and our budget and would use her over and over if we had the opportunity. Our wedding day was simply the best day and Maddie was phenomenal and so easy to work with! We've receiving our sneak peek pictures already and are in love with each one of them. We found the return time to get all pictures back to be quicker than many other photographers which was a nice bonus. Their payment plans are a great option for those couples trying to make it all happen by themselves, like my husband and I. “If I could give her 10 stars, I would! We first hired Isabella to do our engagement shoot in September and she was able to book us with only about a week or two notice as my husband (fiance at the time) didn't live in town and we were trying to go on his schedule. She was wonderful at helping us pick a location, directing us, and making us feel comfortable as this was our first time taking photos together. Isabella absolutely nailed our engagement shoot and got us a great amount of photos back (with variety) after just one week. We then hired her to do our micro wedding only 4 months later in January, and I cannot be happier with what she delivered. Again, she was great to coordinate/communicate with when scheduling and very clear on her packages. During our wedding she was wonderful at directing and giving us ideas for how to pose. We flew up to Sedona and took pictures at the airport and I loved how up for adventure she was! She got back to us within 3 weeks with a TON of pictures. She absolutely captured our day perfectly and I cannot be more grateful for the beautiful photos she delivered. We will cherish these photos and memories forever and will be hiring her for any photography needs moving forward. If you live in AZ, hire this girl!”

She made this camera shy bride feel so comfortable and beautiful on my wedding day and got the most perfect photos of my handsome husband.
