Justin and Josh are so incredibly helpful and make sure that your wedding day runs smoothly. The food was great and the venue is beautiful. The only thing to keep in mind is that these are cabin and can be a little rustic but the beds were comfy, there was AC, and they’re clean! I loved having my wedding here and would definitely choose them again!

My husband is from Tucson and we love the AZ Inn! When we got engaged I knew I wanted to get married there despite being from the midwest and living in New England. The grounds are beautiful and unique (we hired a florist but almost didn't need one), the vibe is laid-back, and Crystal was an amazing communicator and facilitator. Everything went smoothly and felt easy. Our guests loved the bar, the pool and the tennis courts, there are great spaces for ceremony, reception, and dinner, and Tucson is awesome as an affordable "destination wedding." Highly recommend!

Beautiful location, especially if you're having some out of town people that haven't been to the desert before! The staff always picked up the phone to answer any & all of my questions we had & same with emails. I felt at ease being an out of state bride. They provided a variety of packages to choose from, which I believe all have a day of coordinator (sooo helpful!!). We had 180 people & the reception hall was pretty full, but we had a 20x20 LED dance floor in the middle, which did take up space. Plenty of food options & tastings you could do!

Throughout the planning process they were extremely easy to contact and worked with our vendors to make sure everything was in order for the big day. The weekend of our wedding was perfect. Our wedding coordinator Stephanie and all of the staff made sure everything was perfect for ourselves and our guests. The fact that the majority of our wedding guests could stay on the property was our favorite part of the venue (besides the incredible views!) we were able to spend two whole days with our guests and since most guests were coming from out of town this made everything so much easier! We had the absolute BEST experience using The Willow AZ as our wedding venue. From the beginning, The Willow aimed to make our experience easy and seamless. They offer packages that include a variety of venues, while also giving you the option to remove certain aspects of the package to fit your needs. We were so grateful for amazing preferred vendors through The Willow such as our DJ (Push Play Entertainment), bar services (Dashing Spirits), and our amazing day-of coordinator, Maddie! The desert scenery and gorgeous Willow house allowed our video/photos to turn out absolutely stunning. We could not have been more pleased with our experience and highly recommend The Willow to any couple considering a cool, desert, western-esque vibe.

We stayed this Summer with our three kids and we absolutely loved our room. There was a bed for every kid, plenty of room and privacy for Mom and Dad. We loved our fireplace in our room after a delicious meal in the restaurant. But we absolutely fell in love with roasting marshmallows with all of our friends, who also stayed here, down in the common room. I can easily imagine a Wedding and Wedding Party here, it was fantastic for our multi family get together.
