She was so prompt at responding which led me to have a ton of trust in her as a professional with my wedding in her hands. She is so polite and understanding. She is so talented and professional. I am a very in control type of person and knew how I wanted things to be, and I really didn’t have to tell Emily much. When I arrived on site to the venue, she had things set up almost exactly how I imagined them being. She made sure the day ran as smoothly as possible and it sure did! If anything went wrong, I wasn’t aware of it because she handled pretty much everything. Coming toward the end of the night, Emily came to me and told me she cleaned up all of the tables, put all of the signage and decor all together, and cleaned up our bridal suite, therefore there wasn’t much, if anything at all for us to clean up. I was shocked because I didn’t expect her to do that. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. Her talent, advice, opinions, friendliness, professionalism, everything is just amazing. She was able to help me narrow down my selections on the best vendors in the area, book, and communicate with them up to the day of the wedding. She was able to handle every tiny detail that I would have never even thought of. She was able to take a vision that I had and turn it into reality. She was present in every meeting with all vendors and day of managed them efficiently. Her and her team were able to design, set up, clean, tear down, etc. If there were any hiccups day of, I am unaware because Kindra handled them before I even knew about them!
