We live out of town and they were always there to address any questions or concerns, making our planning process a breeze. The venue itself is stunning, with a gorgeous outdoor ceremony site, a beautiful tent for dinner, and a barn for the reception—truly everything in one place! The Ranch House was perfect for my entire bridal party to stay onsite, and it was spacious enough for all of us to get ready together. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue’s intimate feel and its close proximity to the charming Arroyo Grande Village. The venue was absolutely breathtaking with beautiful backdrops for photos. I had my baby shower here and it was the perfect spot to have it. The owners and staff were very responsive and accommodating. They usually do weddings here but they were willing to work with us to have a baby shower here and it turned out so beautiful! The venue was very clean and they even allowed us to use the furniture and antique items they had on site. My family stayed at their on site Airbnb and they loved it. Such a clean and comfortable stay for them! Thank you so much for allowing us to host our baby shower here! I would recommend to anyone looking for a venue for any event.

Background of Our Wedding: Our wedding was in early April 2024 in San Luis Obispo, CA with a bit less than 40 guests. However, a big challenge was that we had our Ceremony venue at a different location than the Reception venue. We really needed a coordinator that wouldn’t shy from this challenge. Booking & Before the Month-of: We found Tiffany on Zola & booked her almost right away. Tiffany was very transparent with pricing and expectations of service. She was ready to answer any questions we had. If you feel like you’re unsure what you’re looking for, she has an answer for you or at least help guide you to know what you might want for your big day. It is a big plus that her website with the booking process was easy and straightforward. We got Tiffany for Month-of Coordination but it feels like she was with us along the way of the almost-a-year planning process. The Month-of: This is when you will be working with Tiffany the most! I enjoyed every single meeting, phone calls, and brief texts with her. Meeting with Tiffany helps me pull together our vision much better day by day. She helped me believe that we could achieve it all. Since we’re from out of town, she made sure that we’d meet up whenever we could to ensure everything would be in place for the big day. The Rehearsal: Tiffany was indeed the first one to be at the venue with our binder printed out. (I most definitely forgot to print my binder for her.) She greeted all of my wedding party with the most warm welcome, which we appreciated very much and felt very comfortable working with her. We had specific requests on timing of the processional and she made it work! After the rehearsal, we definitely felt that we were very ready for the big day. The Day-of: It’s time for you to let go. Because I promise you, Tiffany and her awesome team got it! I saw her the morning of & I felt so calm because I knew Tiffany was going to perform her magic for us. Tiffany’s team magically set up our Ceremony Venue in just an hour. By the time I arrived at the venue, things were already in place & neat. It was a great feeling to see your vision coming alive. I remember I was able to just toss my car key to Tiffany’s team member & they immediately understood what I needed. Everything from then on was just very on-schedule and beautiful. Tiffany dealt with our families with the uttermost grace and patience. There was nobody I’d trust more than her to carry out our day. I did not have to worry about anything. We just enjoyed our day the most. The End: Tiffany somehow packed up everything neatly for us and even some of our vendors - like a fairy godmother. She sent us a long text of where things were and even returned things for us to our vendors. Exactly what we needed! Made our day-after MUCH better. Tiffany, Sean, & Katie - We cannot thank you enough. We can’t wait to plan our few-year anniversary with you. Keep on shining.

So many people went back for seconds as well! From the very beginning Kevin was great at communicating with us! We got to try some of the food ahead of time to make sure what we wanted, they came out to the venue to see the setup plan ahead of time, and were so extremely accommodating the day of! I can't say enough great things about Kevin and his whole crew! Thank you so much!!!

I seriously cannot say enough about Cassia. I found her when looking at vendor for a Paso Robles wedding and after one phone call and a few emails I just felt like she was our wedding photographer. She did our engagement photos in Paso Robles and has such a. Knowledge of greats places for photos and even venues to suggest based off our interests. Even though we didn't end having our wedding in Paso Robles and has it in Ventura County she traveled down to us. 1000% worth the investment. In my eyes the venue and the food are only for the day but quality photos will last generations, and Cassia provides you with those lifetime of memories. If you're on the fence, book her. She's more than worth it!

Monica helped plan and execute my October wedding in the Santa Ynez Valley and we could have been happier with the entire experience. She was our wedding coordinator starting about 6-8 weeks ahead of the wedding, although she started working with us a few months out to make sure we selected vendors and contracts with the right details in mind. She understood our vision and the vibe we wanted for the day and TOTALLY delivered. She also did our flowers, and they were stunning. Monica ensured the wedding setup and day of schedule went off without a hitch. She worked so hard the day before and day of - especially on the tablescapes, which I had told her I cared a lot about. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs wedding planning or wedding coordination.

My wife and I were married at 1800 El Pomar on April 1st. So many of our guests told us that this was one of the most beautiful weddings they’d ever been to, and the number one reason was the setting. A few months after we booked the date we were notified that the property was sold and we’d be dealing with new owners. Boy are we happy that Brit and Amber bought this ranch, because they made us feel so comfortable from the moment we met. So many improvements were made in just the few months leading up to our wedding, and they were always approachable and willing to help us with anything we needed. Brit even picked up extra firewood for us last minute and helped our make-up artist get her flat tire fixed on the big day. It’s a spacious property with plenty of parking and is easily accessible for the guests. The bathrooms are clean and modern, the layout makes perfect sense, and great pictures are super easy with a beautiful backdrop in any direction. We had 10 of us comfortably stay in the farmhouse, where we also hosted a rehearsal dinner for about 30 guests. Everything went smoothly and I can’t recommend using this property enough for a wedding or any event. We are so grateful to Brit and Amber, we could not have dreamed of getting married in a more magical place.
