She is also so thorough and on top of it- you will be getting updates, regular check-in calls - she makes you feel like you have her full attention and energy even though she has tons of clients and weddings! You are not just paying for one day of flowers (even though they themselves would be worth it!) - you are getting endless hours of her time, creativity, design work and collaboration. When I was shopping around, I talked to a lot of really amazing and talented florists, but Dana stood out because of her drive, professionalism, and her understanding of my vision. Of note, I was between DM Events and one other vendor for my florals (he was recommended by my venue) and when I had one of my calls with him, I was quoted almost three times the price that Dana had quoted me. “Jessica and her team truly made my wedding magical. Sustainability and ethical sourcing were a priority for us and Jessica provided all US grown flowers. She even sourced vegetables from local farmers to use in the tablescapes that we and our guests took home and has meals made from them for the next couple of weeks! But the real magic was the colors she picked out. I wanted a very colorful, jewel toned world at my wedding and Jessica found flowers that both matched that aesthetic and complimented the whole medieval vibe of the theme. Her team also showed amazing flexibility when our ceremony location was changed at the last minute due to rain. Instead of decorating an archway they were decorating a completely different space with pillars, but they made it work and everything was ready on time. I discovered wood flowers when I was planning my wedding in 2020. From that point I fell in love and Tipsy Designs blossomed! Since then, we have done several weddings, even was hired by the football hall of fame in Canton Ohio in August 2023.
