Mandi and Andy are amazing to work with. The communication was great. They helped with everything they could and even did tractor rides to get to different sites for pictures around the lake and let us have a bonfire in the evening. I am forever grateful that they allowed us to use their property. Everything turned out great. The owners are very personable and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They have connections with the local vendors. That put our mind at ease knowing that they’ve worked together before and everything would run smoothly. The carriage house, on site, made it convenient and easy for me and my girls to get ready in before the ceremony. The property is beautiful. I had about 80 guests and it felt like any more than that would have been too crowded. The Barn at Walnut Creek is so much more though... the space is so versatile that you can really make it more modern inside, or stick with a rustic vibe. It’s such a beautiful venue, so we were excited when we found out how reasonable the pricing is—much lower than some of the other upscale venues in the area. The bridal suite was amazing to use on the day of the wedding! The bar space was perfect, and the restrooms are really nice too. All of our guests loved the space and had a great experience overall! The owner was wonderful to work with—she was so helpful throughout the entire planning process! I reached out to inquire and Laura was SO kind, helpful and prompt with communication. We loved the venue and booked, sent out invitations and planned our wedding super quickly (after 10 years together.) Every step of the way went smoothly with planning and communication and we absolutely LOVED having our wedding there.\n\n We had room for a live band, there was plenty of parking, lots of great places for photo ops on the property, a lovely bridal room to get ready in, a silo gazebo, we could choose our own caterer, there plenty of seating (we loved the church pews and the wooden chairs,) and there were just so many other nice touches. \nWe bought small glass jars which they filled with their honey (for a reasonable fee) and we gave our guests Honey Blossom Orchard honey as the wedding reception favor.
