Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. Rustic meets glamour at Vale Royal. Enjoy an exclusive weekend or one-day use of our historic barn (circa 1836) on a beautiful, park-like 8 acres with rolling hills. Featuring a covered bridge, bonfire area, and your choice of 4 ceremony sites: the dock on the river with willow trees, the garden courtyard with a picket fence, the woodlands, and the prairie field. Stay the weekend in our well-appointed, 3-bedroom federal-style home. Pets can stay too! Conveniently located and close to hotels in Fenton, MI. Being on private property will allow you to choose any caterer or vendor you wish to use. This allows you the freedom to decorate creatively and chose your own menu. Bring in food carts! Craft Beer Vendors! Ice Cream trucks! If you don't want to DIY, don't worry — our preferred vendors are happy to put a package together for you and take care of your every need. About Roostertail Established in 1958, Roostertail is a well-known wedding venue in Detroit, Michigan. Bordering the Detroit River marina, its various banquet halls boast a tasteful blend of modern and industrial styles. Panoramic glass walls adorn every floor of the building, with private entrances leading to patios and balconies. Here you can celebrate your nuptials in the same venue that hosted special guests like Aretha Franklin, Eric Clapton, and The Rolling Stones. Facilities and Capacity Roostertail has direct marina access with awe-inspiring views that set the stage for its two outdoor ceremony spaces, the deck, and the side patio. We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly, we began adding amenities to the property. In 2020 one of our daughters got engaged. As she began looking for a venue to host her wedding we came to realize that the perfect spot was right in front of us. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work to create a beautiful wedding venue. There are many opportunities on the property for one of a kind pictures. There are two picturesque options in front of the lake for the service and a new reception building that can seat up to 200 guests. With a 5 acre campus larger weddings can be accommodated with tent rental.

Welcome to Toledo's most unique venues for your special event. We offer two different vessels to accommodate your style and number of guest. The Glass City Pearl is the larger of our two vessels. Welcome your guests aboard our passenger vessel with a "yacht" feel. Guest are always in awe of its elegance and beauty. Travel back in time on The Sandpiper. The Sandpiper was designed to resemble an Erie Canal Boat. The Sandpiper is the most budget friendly of our two vessels. Guests love utilizing this vessel to be on one level with their friends and family.

The Detroit Princess has been entertaining Detroit in its current location since 2005, docked just downriver from Hart Plaza, but it has quite an interesting history prior to that. It was originally named the Players Riverboat Casino II and was built in Jennings, Louisiana in 1993. It ran as a Merv Griffin establishment for a number of years, located on the Mississippi River in Metropolis, Illinois. Whether booking for 1 or 1000, CJC Cruises and the Detroit Princess can make every occasion a special occasion. We host weddings, corporate events, family reunions, holiday parties, birthdays, and so much more every cruise season.

Detroit Sails offers a relaxing and fun experience on the Detroit River and Lake St. Clair. We provide private two hour sailing tours, engagement photo sessions, and other customized tours on the water.
