When I was shopping around, I talked to a lot of really amazing and talented florists, but Dana stood out because of her drive, professionalism, and her understanding of my vision. Of note, I was between DM Events and one other vendor for my florals (he was recommended by my venue) and when I had one of my calls with him, I was quoted almost three times the price that Dana had quoted me. When I mentioned that, this vendor told me that "if I could get it for less, go with the other vendor." He genuinely didn't believe that I could have gotten what I was looking for at a lower price point. My flower delivery the day of was timely, professional, and once again, totally seamless. “Jessica and her team truly made my wedding magical. Sustainability and ethical sourcing were a priority for us and Jessica provided all US grown flowers. She even sourced vegetables from local farmers to use in the tablescapes that we and our guests took home and has meals made from them for the next couple of weeks! But the real magic was the colors she picked out. I wanted a very colorful, jewel toned world at my wedding and Jessica found flowers that both matched that aesthetic and complimented the whole medieval vibe of the theme. Her team also showed amazing flexibility when our ceremony location was changed at the last minute due to rain. Instead of decorating an archway they were decorating a completely different space with pillars, but they made it work and everything was ready on time. My florist friend shared Jackie's contact information with me and I contacted her to see if she had the capacity for a last-minute bouquet preservation. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. “I hired Hannah for florals and planning for my wedding in April of 2024 in Leesburg, VA, and was so happy I did! I asked for bright, colorful florals and Hannah exceeded my expectations. I LOVE how my bouquet and the other floral decor turned out - they were beautiful without looking overly styled and were very unique (especially compared to the standard wedding florals I've seen!). I also leaned on Hannah and her expertise when selecting other decor (e.g., candles, place settings, etc.) as well as other vendors, which really helped pull everything together. In addition to her design skills, Hannah is very easy to work with. She is kind and really listened to what I was hoping to have at our wedding (even if it changed a few times lol).
