I had My ceremony (outside) & reception (inside) and it was such a wonderful time! I did the family-style menu and all the food was delicious. The reception area in the all seasons room was beautiful with the light globe. The bartenders and servers were very attentive and polite. All of our guests loved the food, the chocolate fountain, and of course the late-night bowling!! \n\nThe communication with the venue was my main pain point as I was appointed multiple sales managers as it seemed like they were going through a management change. I thought it was odd that I talked with the sales manager for all of my communication regarding the wedding up until the day of I was assigned an event manager who I met 1 hour before my ceremony. This made the end of our special night feel a bit abrupt and hurried. It was something new to them and they did a great job with communication and being upfront about what needed to be done and what they needed from us. The day of our wedding Renee made sure my sister and I were taken cared of and we only we did what we wanted to not what others wanted. Trey did a fantastic job with our decor for our Harry Potter theme wedding. He brought to life our vision in the best way and made it better. If I could do this all over again I would go back to Aberdeen their team gives such great support and helped us with everything along the way.
