Dove Canyon by Wedgewood Weddings was an amazing choice for our wedding venue. The communication with the staff was great - they always replied to our questions and emails promptly. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The staff was also incredibly flexible and helpful with problem-solving any issues that came up. All the staff members were so nice and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and that all of our needs and wants were met. The Secret Garden was the perfect venue for our group of 105 guests in May. It has an intimate feel, but still feels open and welcoming. The flowers were in bloom and the grass was very green. The coordination team did an amazing job accommodating all of our set-up requests and took great care of us on the day of. We are very pleased with everything and loved the preferred caterer and DJ that were part of the all-inclusive package. Overall we found this venue to be one of the more affordable options, especially given you bring in your own alcohol/drinks and can take home what’s leftover. This saved us at least 50/person. The surrounding area and city of Rancho Santa Fe are gorgeous. Parking was easy and all our guests loved the venue.

From the very beginning, their communication was detailed, quick, and incredibly supportive - they made working with them and connecting our vendors a breeze. The food was by far one of the most complimented parts of our wedding, and the beach pictures we were able to take using the golf cart they provided were absolutely stunning. Just had our wedding here on 9/28/24 and wow where can I start??! From the beginning when we toured the venue, we had no idea what to expect considering this was one of the more relatively lower budget venues we were touring at. So imagine our surprise when we got there and saw this venue, which was even more gorgeous than the more expensive ones we looked at previously. Pictures don’t really do this place justice. The venue has a Spanish-colonial design which makes for a perfect backdrop for photos. The arches both outside and inside the building really makes it feel grand. The string lights in the courtyard are so pretty, both in the daylight and when they’re lit up at nighttime. The hills of rolling green grass in the background really give off that golf club aesthetic and all the palm trees around the venue really pop off and give California vibes. The view of the grassy lawn and palm trees I saw when I walked down the aisle was truly breathtaking and I’ll never forget this moment. But mostly, we were in such good hands with Michael as the director. He comes from tons of experience (over 2000 weddings) and really treats your special day with so much empathy and care. Him and Mayra helped us out in so many ways: -Set up our welcome table, seating chart display, and decorations with very little direction. I didn’t have time during rehearsal to let them know how and where to set it up, and when the wedding day came, everything was already set up so beautifully. -We didn’t know we had to ask for a mic from our DJ, so we didn’t have one, and Michael took care of that problem very quickly. -Michael walked me around the back entrance of the venue before I walked down the aisle, my pointy heels kept getting stuck in the ripped hole in my wedding dress and Michael helped me pull it out twice. -Mayra helped me change into my 2nd wedding dress when I wasn’t able to find my bridesmaids near me. -Michael swept up the fake money off the floor during reception, and also hand delivered us our signature drinks when we asked for them. -I requested a signature drink that they’ve never made before and Michael personally tried out a bunch of recipes and helped pick out the best one. Overall, Michael and Mayra put so much care and thought towards this special moment of our lives. With this venue, you get it all-the perfect coordinators and the most beautiful setting. Some other things to note-food was amazing, both cocktail hour and reception. The food was also plated and presented very well too. The only area of improvement would be that there is no bridal/groom suite. It wasn’t an issue for us since there is a fitting room on site. But in the future, it there is an opportunity, building a bridal/groom suite would improve the experience for others greatly.

The traditional Mexican Palenque was an arena that hosted many large parties and even battles that date back to a Mayan civilization that still stands today in Chiapas, Mexico. El Adobe added the Palenque Room to match this Mexican event space concept and host larger parties of its own. Weddings had long since been taking place at El Adobe but with the new Palenque Room and Chapel location in the adjacent Garden, it gave guests a dedicated space to host a grand wedding celebration with up to 250 guests in attendance. One of the most well-known features of this room is the retractable ceiling that opens up almost 40ft across to expose the skies above San Juan Capistrano. The room and its Garden have evolved over time adding a full bar of its own and spacious restrooms to accommodate the larger guest count. My husband and I got married here in September of 2024. Overall, our experience was wonderful :) And we are very happy we went with Aliso Viejo Wedgewood! We had an amazing wedding day, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the day and their experience as well! There are some outstanding positive things I want to highlight specifically! The highlights: 1. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! We had our ceremony at the fireside location. We loved the view of the mountains and over the golf course and so did our guests! To any future brides and grooms - just keep in mind that the venue does neighbor a community pool and a country club. They assured us that neither the country club or the pool would be a bother by the time our ceremony started, and we are happy to report that this was the case! 2. The team - The Wedgewood team was so helpful, cheerful, flexible, professional and pleasant throughout the entire process. From our initial tour to the wedding day, we felt well cared for. And they were all easy to get a hold of! Our day of coordinator, Breanna, and our Banquet Caption, Brianna, were fantastic and did a great job taking care of us and our day. What stood out especially at our reception, while we were focused on connecting with our guests, they made sure we had our food and drinks. And kept coming to our sweetheart table to see if we needed anything. I can't tell how much that meant to us. They even added personalized touches in our bride and groom suites! Also, also they did a lovely job doing their absolute best to make sure everything went the way we wanted the day to go! 3. The food - the food was amazing! Our guests loved the food. We went with the buffet option, and we are glad we did. 4. The timeline - The timeline was well put together, organized, and thorough. We were able to modify anything if need be. Both the timeline of the wedding day and the overall planning process was well structured. The only thing that would've made our experience even more amazing has to do with communication. While the team was easy to get a hold of and happy to help, we were often communicating with multiple team members throughout the planning process, and some details got missed in translation. It would've been easier if we were only communicating with one person the entire time! Overall, we are really happy with our experience and glad we picked Aliso Viejo Wedgewood! We also loved being able to customize our package so we could get what we wanted without paying for the things we didn't!

Harborside is one of Newport’s premier banquet facilities which accommodates between 100-500 guests. I was the planner for my daughter's wedding at the Hyatt Newport. From start to finish, we were all thrilled with the coordination throughout by Hayley, the service staff the day of, and the venue. The ceremony in the Amphitheater was lovely, the cocktail hour followed there, and the dinner reception for 100 guests was in the Garden Patio. The Garden Patio was simply perfect. Trees and plants surrounded the area; lights were strung across the patio ... the space felt like a magical oasis all their own to enjoy with their friends and family. Simply beautiful. The firepit was an added bonus, enjoyed all evening with smores kits available for our guests at the end of the reception. Hyatt offered an amazing wedding package, just about everything we needed they were able to provide on-site, which made coordinating with one person for everything quite easy. Having the reception on site of where our guests could also stay was an added bonus as well. We even did the rehearsal luncheon on-site. It was truly a perfect space in Newport for guests to arrive and enjoy without having to drive. There were many great locations around the resort perfect for photos. Hayley was exceptional to work with. Communication was great. The food was amazing. The venue so beautiful. We can't say enough positive things about the Hyatt Newport and all who helped make their day so special. Our thanks to Hayley and her team.

Me and my husband recently got married here at the Beverly Mansion. It was truly the perfect day! VENUE: Of course, Grand Tradition is absolutely beautiful (it is what we were initially drawn to). Their landscape is always luscious and VERY well-kept. Gorgeous bright green lawns and colorful flowers. You hardly even need any ceremony décor. This venue is pretty enough on its own. COORDINATION: We had a coordinator swap midway through planning, and ended up with Lisa. She was EXTRAORDINARY! She made the whole entire process such a breeze and easily answered any questions/concerns we had. Lisa was professional, organized and extremely friendly. We loved getting to work with her. She worked her butt off during the entire process, and it showed on our wedding day. Everything ran SO smooth. Lisa made sure to keep us on schedule and handled all the vendors, everything went without a hitch. STAFF: The entire Grand Tradition staff we had on our wedding day exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived I almost felt like a celebrity. We were treated with smiles, enthusiasm and care. The whole team was professional and really knew how to put on a wedding. I had two bridal assistants, Mackenna and Kaitlyn, who were absolute angels. You both really made me feel at ease with our little chats. You were constantly checking in on me, fixing my dress, holding my drinks, getting me food and doing anything I needed throughout the entire day. FOOD: You never really know what you are going to get with wedding food, but I think Grand Tradition has some of the best. That had SO many options when picking out what we wanted on our buffet, it made it easy to accommodate all different tastes. Our guests are still telling us how amazing their food was. Everything was truly delicious! Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone. If you want a fairytale, stress-free and perfect wedding, this is the place to go!

We looked all over OC for a place to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception that was beautiful and aesthetically neutral. Irvine Marriott on Von Karmann exceeded our hopes and dreams. From the process they made simple and easy, to the mostly inclusive venue (you just need a few additional vendors), to our guests having affordable rooms on site to enhance the experience. We customized our day to fit our vision and the team (Niki, Michelle, Chef, Thomas, etc) was amazing at supporting us to have the perfect day! We enjoyed the beautiful venue, the delicious customized food, a large getting ready room fit for the Kardashian’s, the photo opportunities in some special spots (IYKYK), the cocktail reception, the service/coordination (finding a last minute sewing kit to fix a bridesmaid’s dress with reassuring smiles), the honeymoon suite… our wedding weekend was perfection (and our guests all agree)! If you are looking for a venue, RUN to the Irvine Marriott!

I wish everyone could experience the joy of getting married at the Lido House! The customer service was truly exceptional. Brian went above and beyond to help make our day special. They offered a complimentary suite upgrade on the night of our wedding, as well as the night before. They honored all our various food preferences. Brian offered to have multiple meetings to discuss all of the details. When I was sick and had to miss the menu tasting, they put the whole selection in to-go containers and included tea and cough drops in the bag. They offered complimentary car service to the beach for our sunset photos. I could go on and on! I cannot recommend the Lido House more highly.

Having our wedding at Wedgewood Fallbrook was the best experience ever!! My husband and I were blown away by the team's professionalism, coordination, constant communication and planning from beginning to end of our journey. We want to give a special shout out to Angela who was our lead coordinator and took care of us during the rehearsal and wedding day. She was amazing and was able to give direction to our 16 group wedding party. We can't thank Angela enough for making our day incredible. We also want to thank our captains DJ and Sierra and all our servers who constantly checked in with us and made sure the reception went amazing. And of course our bartenders Julio and Rachel and chef Austin for making sure our 116 guests were satisfied with drinks and food. Booking with Wedgewood Fallbrook made our planning journey stress free and so easy. They helped with timelines and decorations and even set us up with an amazing DJ (Kyon). We recommend to book with any Wedewood location but especially Wedgewood Fallbrook because the team there is incredible!

The Retreat By Wedgewood Weddings was an absolute dream venue for our wedding day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning outdoor area that overlooks the rolling hills of Corona. They also have a great indoor space that was perfect for our reception when the weather turned chilly. On the day of the wedding, the staff was incredibly accommodating - when it got unexpectedly cold, they immediately brought in two space heaters to keep us warm at the sweetheart table. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are so grateful to the Wedgewood Weddings team for helping make our special day perfect.

The Vistonian was a lovely venue! We loved all of the greenery and natural light inside the venue. It was spacious and allowed for plenty of room for our guests. The bridal suite was also spacious with lots of mirrors and outlets. We used the venue for both ceremony and reception. It was an easy transition going from one to the next. We worked with Shelly, the venue coordinator, and she was fabulous! Great communication from when we toured, booked, and up to our big day. The value for what we got was amazing as well! We did their all inclusive package and were happy with the price for all that we got: tables & chairs, bridal suite, catering, open bar, and DJ. Honestly, so great if you're on a budget or have a bigger budget and want to spend more on something like decor or florals. Highly recommend!!

We booked our August 2024 wedding with The Crossings in July 2022; partly because my mom was saying I needed to lock it in before it was too late since Covid messed up the wedding industry, but mostly because we knew it was were we wanted to get married. It is an all-inclusive venue, which means we didn't have to worry about rentals, the ceremony area, food, drinks, or a baker since they partner with VG's Donuts and Bakery. Lauren was there with us every step of the way and is truly the sweetest. The Crossings was super accommodating when we asked for adjustments to the menu and bar, and letting us girls get in to the bridal suite a little early. Also the food was tasty! Thanks a bunch to The Crossings :)

We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.

The entire experience was flawless from beginning to end, thanks to the amazing Lidiet, who was our party planner and quite honestly, the heart and soul behind our unforgettable event. Lidiet went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did she help us plan every detail, but she also personally took care of the backdrop, photo booth, and helped us connect with various goody vendors to make the day extra special. Her eye for design, organizational skills, and warm, can-do attitude made the entire process stress-free and even fun. The venue itself was stunning—clean, elegant, and perfectly arranged to accommodate our guests comfortably. The ambiance was beautiful, and the layout worked wonderfully for our celebration. And let me just say—the food was absolutely exquisite! So many of our guests complimented the dishes, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and served perfectly. Guests raved about the event and kept asking how we managed to pull everything off so seamlessly—and the answer is simple: Lidiet and the team at OC Salsa. The reception hall was GORGEOUS, I loved how everything was set up, she did everything and more to help ease the stress of my wedding day! The Chapel of Orange was everything that I imagined. I visited a coupled more places, but the Chapel of Orange stayed in my heart. It was the right decision. The Chapel has a magical blend of classical charm and whimsical beauty that created the perfect atmosphere for our special day. Melissa was amazing throughout the planning process, and she, Cheryl, and the entire team worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the day unforgettable for us and our guests. I may not be planning another wedding, but if you’re looking for your dream venue, I highly recommend the Chapel of Orange. It truly is a place where my dream came true!
