First of all, congratulations!!! We are so glad you are interested in our event center! We are now open in the American National Bank Building, 302 Main Street. The 12,000 square foot area will easily seat 400 guests {300 on main level + 100 upstairs}; however, it is easy to make the space seem more quaint for smaller parties. We have a private parking lot in the back and the corner lot allows for ample street parking. Our elegant + industrial look is complete with a grand staircase, a "U" shaped balcony that overlooks the dance floor, a bank vault converted to a ready room, and an additional large suite/ready room with plenty of mirrors and plug-ins! The strategically placed lighting {most of which are on dimmers} will create the most perfect ambiance and decorating can be minimal!

An indoor/outdoor space by the river in a forest, we have the real magic and character that you won't find elsewhere. With treehouses, a labyrinth, gardens, farmhouse from the mid-1800s, swimming hole, bonfire spaces, rooftop bathtub, and lovingly cooked food. Built in 1879 our tobacco barn is the perfect venue for you beautiful rustic wedding. However, the barn is not climate controlled. There are wonderful 20ft. barn doors that open on both sides to make a wonderful breeze through the barn on warmer days. The Guthrie Mansion is situated next to the wedding barn and the exterior can be used for one of several ceremony locations. There are cabin rentals available for bridesmaids, groomsmen and guests. There are 2 floors in the wedding barn, a bar, prep kitchen area and dance floor as well as a beautiful large deck overlooking 125 acres of beautiful property.

The Golf Club at Eagle Pointe is a community-owned, 18-hole golf course nestled in the hills of beautiful southern Indiana, just minutes from the shores of Lake Monroe. The 6,700-yard, par-71 layout features a variety of sand bunkers, rolling hills, cascading waterfalls and many tree lined golf holes and offers a test for golfers of all skill levels. In addition to the golf course, Eagle Pointe boasts a spacious clubhouse equipped with a newly remodeled bar and restaurant, fully stocked golf shop, fitness center, meeting room, an outdoor patio accommodating up to 200 people, and a swimming pool and Cabana bar.

The Lock and Dam Control Building No. 47 was the powerhouse for the old wicket type lock system that use to be used by the Army Corps of Engineers. Construction of the building began in 1921 and fully operational by 1928. In the 1950's the Army Corps of Engineers undertook the project of replacing wicket type dams and in 1975 Newburgh's new lock and dam was fully up and running. The Town of Newburgh took ownership of the property in 1979. The building has been used for municipal offices along with non-profit offices but today is used as a rentable event space for the public.

Located in Downtown Newburgh, The Allen Family Amphitheater sits along the Newburgh Riverfront in the Old Lock and Dam Park. As a Community built amphitheater the rental is reasonable with several options.

Originally built in 1851 as the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, this iconic two-story brick building has served many roles—most notably as the Town Hall—and is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Whippoorwill Hill is a hidden treasure 6 miles from downtown Bloomington, Indiana. The property includes a stunning 300 person capacity, timber frame wedding barn originally constructed in 1892, and a farm house and barn built in the 1840s. The working farm is completely secluded and is the perfect location for any event from intimate ceremonies, to barn parties, to romantic receptions.
