Mother-daughter duo that loves helping Acadiana celebrate all the big moments, little moments, and everything in between. I was raised in a small community in Northern California. Like New Orleans, California is a place where fresh food is part of the culture. Paella is the national dish of Spain, blending visual beauty and taste. We bring the dish alive at private events, weddings, farmers markets and festivals. Our paellas are made with love to appreciate New Orleans culture; its tremendous bounty of seafood, love of a great party, and respect for tradition. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
