Wheeler, owner of the Wheeler Lumber Yard on Main Street in Ball Ground, the house was constructed with Heart Pine tongue and grove floors, walls, ceilings, and wrap-around porches. The Wheeler House is a historic gem that has been given new life by serving as a wedding venue and special event site.

Cold Creek Farm is a family owned venue, operated by Jeff and Susan Buffington. Located in the North Georgia mountains, it was originally purchased in 2011 to be a working farm with animals and all! A few years and a great deal of hard work later, it is now a place where love is celebrated almost every weekend of the year. The original home, built in 1934, was added on in 2006, is the perfect blend of farmhouse design & natural elegance. The original coal-burning double-sided fireplace stands in the center of the room, with the original well in the kitchen. 160-year old barn beams were converted into fireplace mantels. The main reception wall has 120-year old reclaimed hardwood on both sides of the fireplace. Wimpy Farms is a family farm venue located in the beautiful north Georgia mountains of Dahlonega Georgia. The farm consists of over 100 acres of beautiful streams, ponds, large hardwoods, and gorgeous fenced pastures. One of the main focal points is our Old Covered Bridge which has been a wedding site for many sweet couples over the years. We have enjoyed letting people get married, do photo shoots, and host events on our farm for years and decided that it was finally time to incorporate this fun aspect of our lives into the rest of our family businesses!
