Danny somehow managed to create a menu that was comforting and indulgent, yet nourishing. I'm a musician who's played hundreds of weddings and I've never experienced a caterer close to Joint Venture's level. He also focuses on seasonal ingredients and sustainable farming practices-- even growing some of the food for the meal himself. We couldn't recommend Joint Venture more to anyone looking for a transcendent catering experience that's also down-to-earth (literally).”
