Tara and I emailed many times during the planning stage and she always responded timely and answered MANY questions to get every detail just right. The night of the event went so smoothly. The staff (Amanda, Brandi, Daniel and Levi) showed up on time, were professional and kept us on schedule for the night. At one point we (myself and the staff) realized the flow of the night would go a little smoother if we made a few changes and they were happy to accommodate. Additionally, working with the Tuck-ins team was great; they're very responsive and were even able to customize the labels on the Tuck-ins to have our names and wedding date on them. It was truly a unique part of our wedding and I think everyone enjoyed it. I have never been to a wedding where everyone was talking about the food. We did the grazing table which was a huge hit - almost gone before dinner and the entrees and sides we picked complimented each other. At the tasting - Susan was very thorough and we even had my in laws there and she had no problem cooking for them as well. We were not planning to have a cake as my husband and I are not sweet type people but Susan gave us the option to do a cake and cupcakes which everyone loved including us. I showed her a picture of the cake I wanted and she said \"no problem\" and definitely delivered. We told her we had a few people that could not have gluten and she adjusted appropriately. She was super easy to communicate with and even when we had to reschedule she was on time and very sweet.
