When we first saw the venue we knew it was perfect for our day because there are many wonderful options to have your ceremony, dinner and dance. We knew no matter what that if Option A (having ceremony/dance outside) didn't work out due to weather, then we were perfectly fine with Option B which would be moving everything in doors because everywhere has great ambiance which put us at ease during the planning months. From day one they were so accommodating and truly let your visions come to life. They also were so organized and provided the best planning tools so you felt like you were always on track and they helped you think of all the little details it takes to hosting a wedding. I never felt stressed or overwhelmed when working with Rolling Ridge. Hands down my favorite place to work with. The staff and food are as good as it get's. They will bend over backwords for you to make all your needs met. The place is beautiful like a ski lodge in Aspen with amazing place's for picture's and sunset. I have seen a bride change her mind 4 times before the ceremony on where to do it because of rain. The staff had all the chairs and wiped down and moved in under 13 minutes. Yes we moved 189 guest's 3 times in under 30 minutes because that is what the bride wanted on her day was outside. Sun came out and it rocked, and all we did was cut into 25 minutes of social hour. I could tell you stories for days and not one of them are bad. The communication with the staff leading up to the big day was fast, attentive, and respectful. They were able to accommodate some last minute changes we needed, which helped make our special day run smoothly. The banquet hall itself is absolutely beautiful - it's large and spacious with a blank canvas so you can bring your own decor in any style or color to make the venue unique. For the quality and beauty of the venue, we felt it was very fairly priced. The staff the day-of were equally amazing and attentive. The Atrium is really the best venue a couple of nerd, who wanted a DnD wedding could want. I was initially attracted to the Regency because it was a beautiful blank space, and it allowed me to be more creative with my decorations! Ashley & Katelyn were wonderful to work with and responded to my questions quickly during the planning process! Ashley was my DOC, and she was amazing! My hostesses & decorator said she was very helpful with a lot of the wedding day details! I also loved that we got the space from 7:00am - 12:00am and some additional time after to clean up! We stored a lot of the decorations in the bridal suite until Sunday morning, which was nice because we didn't have to be comepletely out of the space on the nice of our wedding, letting us enjoy the night! \n\nIt was also great working with Short Stop Custom Catering for the Food & Bar Service! Theresa was there to answer any of my questions during planning, and the tasting experience was so fun! Their tasting room is beautiful & I loved being able to try their food with my family! The catering team was incredible & so friendly! We had stuffed sirloin for our entree, and it was delicious! I got so many great reviews from my guest about the wonderful food, great staff, and exceptional bar service!
