E is short for Erin who has loved to bake since her grandma first tied her apron strings when she was little! Her husband Allen is often busy behind the scenes, building display pieces, keeping track of inventory, taste testing (quality control!), and delivering the goods.

I work full-time as a reading interventionist for grades K-5 in Richmond Public Schools. I have been in education for 14 years! I have four sons, Kai, Chase, Carter, and Ameer.
