I wanted the ceremony in a wooded area that Liz had not planned on using as a ceremony site, but she made it happen and it was beautiful and everything we wanted. Liz allowed us to come visit the venue several times prior to our wedding day to ensure we were comfortable and happy with the way our wedding day would go. The venue provides a \"month of\" wedding coordinator that is included in the price of the venue. The coordinator Tonya is awesome! When we met with her for the first time she swept our worries and anxieties away. Tonya and Elizabeth worked very hard to ensure a wonderful and perfect day. Amy, our event planner, was fantastic at managing every detail and making us feel so taken care of. Dan, the DJ (Bugbee’s) /bar manager/owner who was on site that day, was amazing at anticipating our needs and ensuring the entire event ran seamlessly. He was even present at rehearsal to perfectly time music and took each music request we had. It was very reassuring to know that everything would be taken care of, prepared, and proactively handled during decorating, DJ set up, caterer accommodations, etc. There are so many decisions to be made, but Miranda made it so simple to add things I wanted for my day without any hassle or hesitation. Woodbury Falls is such a beautiful place, tucked away in a peaceful area of the county. It was easily accessible to the interstate for our traveling family, and there are local hoteling accommodations available. No decorations needed, as the garden is already beautiful, and the Allerton crew took care of setting up, and taking down chairs. Krissie took care of all of the details, and offered us multiple options for chair set up, bride entrance, etc. She even drove the golf cart shuttling guests back and forth (a very helpful task).
